This is my favorite hotel in Miami. They take amazing care of their customers. Beautifully maintained. Comfortable bed. Very walkable; I park my truck and walk everywhere.

Tired property; sink drained slow; no room cleaning after first night. Nice view of bay from room. Good value relative to other hotels (free parking was GREAT!). Would probably stay elsewhere next time.

Older than you think but still great. Location is amazing. Free self parking

Old but still reliable. Great location in the Grove. Air conditioning works but it's sooooo loud. Gym also needs a makeover. What I love is the self parking.

Great place to stay within walking distance to many dining options in downtown coconut grove, a park across the street, and the ocean only a block away. Front desk staff was welcoming and helpful.

We have stayed at Arya many times and this unit was by far the nicest. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Didnt like that we couldn't check in until 4:45 p.m. I've stayed here several times and although official check in isnt until 4:00 I've always had a suite ready before then. There were 3 hangers btwn 2 closets and there were no washclothes. Thankfully, Housekeeping delivered what we needed.
