Enjoyed my stay. Apartment was great, walking distance from tram/bus stops. Close to the airport so you hear the planes taking off (if you like that).

If stay longer than 5 days, hotel needs to provide more toilet paper, vacuum cleaner, laundry detergent, etc..

It was a wonderful stay: clean apartment and friendly staff.

Very modern and clean. But far from city center. Need car to get around. Not suitable if you don't have a car.

Property was in a good location, close to the airport and transport links. Free wifi and parking in an underground garage. Check in instructions from the host were clear and easy to understand. Small problem in the bathroom with water leaking out from the shower. You can tell this has happened before with preexisting damage around the door frame.

Great apartment. The only thing thats not so positive is the noice from the airport close by.

The property was comfortable with lots of room. However, the property doesn’t have air conditioning. In the August heat we had to keep windows open so every car or person walking by would wake us up. Plus for 2 weeks worth of time booked we were only given ONE roll of toilet paper. The property has a washing machine but no way to dry the clothes afterwards.

These properties are the most conveniently located, easy to use with everything you need in walking distance. I have enjoyed them several times and will use them again in the future. Highly recommend!

The air condition was not working and poor communication in addressing the issue till the day we checked out amd the air condition was not fixed

They need to improve the check in process (the code they sent me didn't work and I had to call them for a new entrance code). Other than that - everything was nice.

Responsive staff with clear instructions. The apartment is nicely furnished. The beds are comfortable. Unfortunately the floors were very dirty. Walking barefoot coated our feet with dirt. When the outside air was cool, we were comfortable with open windows. But it was very hot when we arrived. I called about the AC not working and was told that it had not been set up and that I should use the fan in the apartment--but there wasn't any. They then said they could not put fans in every unit. There was an iron, but no ironing board. While the reservation and service staff are helpful, the premises needs to be much better managed. We had booked a second night on a later date, but ended up eating the cost and chose to stay elsewhere.

Jedyną rzeczą, której nie lubiłam, było migające światło w przedpokoju. Nie dało się go wyłączyć, chyba żeby wyłączyć prąd głównym włącznikiem. Ale wtedy nie chodziłaby lodówka, ani gniazdka elektryczne, w których ładowały się telefony. Poza tą jedną niedogodnością z całej reszty byłam bardzo zadowolona.

My elderly parents stayed in the hotel and can’t tell me enough how much they loved it. Their late check in was easy and stress-free, rooms are clean and specious. Managers reached out to me and offered multilingual instructions. Will be back again for sure!

The place was very clean and ready for us. We came at midnight but they send us an entry code so we had no problems. The apart hotel is close to the airport and is located close enough to the main road to reach all main facilities at the same time not to close that make your stay very calm and silent.
