We enjoyed our stay. The staff are amazing! The breakfast buffet included in our stay was a top-notch..(from the sausage, omellete, boiled egg, waffles, cereals, muffins, juices, fruits). Plus a complimentary unlimited dark roast and hot chocolate 24/7 in the lobby! The bed all in was very very comfortable. The pool was small, and only 3 and 4 feet deep but we still enjoyed it because the water was warm. Definitely recommended!

Top tier hotel for sure . The only minor thing missing was a shower cap for my wife so just bring one if need be. The continental breakfast was the best one out all the hotels in the Brockville area and I have literally stayed in these hotels 5 nights a week for months now. The gym is open 24 hours and the pool is awesome. There are double elevators and the hotel is peaceful and quiet. I slept perfectly as well. The front desk service is friendly and professional and the cleaning staff are incredible. Very happy with my 3 nights stay.

Even though we arrived at almost 10 PM, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The free breakfast was by far the best included breakfast we have ever had! Thank you for the hospitality....and great coffee!!!

Overnight stay. Right off the highway, easy to find. Pool is small but still great for a dip and the temperature was nice. Breakfast had a lot of choices and filling. Staff excellent and very clean. I would stay here again.

Fantastic

An amazing one night stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room and common areas were very clean. The pool has a 4’ deep end which was perfect as I was traveling with children. Their breakfast had great variety and wand tasted great.

Staff was not very kind

The rooms were a little small, lacking chairs for three adults. The beds are also quite high and not easy for sitting on, especially given we have an adult daughter with a disability. That said, the staff were very welcoming. We arrived on a weekend of a local hockey tournament which would be noisy! The staff, without us asking, put us in a room away from much of the activity and, indeed, it was quiet and restful.

Front desk was excellent. Mr. Sharma checked us in and couldn’t do enough for us to make us welcome.

Rude staff

We had a small dog with us and felt the fee of $75 to be quite high for 1 evening. Even if that fee was for up to 4 nights. The fee should have been prorated. Otherwise great hotel.

Coffee / hot chocolate station in the lobby was a great bonus. Great hotel. Would recommend. Parking was perfect. The walkable score is low as the hotel is isolated in the back of a large commercial parking lot
