Really good location if you need to be close to the Toyota Stadium. Plenty of places to eat, from fast food to sit down restaurants. The area was very safe. The breakfast was solid. The rooms were comfy and the bathroom was super clean. They can have better coffee.

Great location, but walls were very thin. We could literally hear the entire conversations on either side of us. Fortunately everyone was quiet late night to mid morning or could have been a real pain. Nice staff and facilities. Room was nice

It's a pet friendly hotel, and one could smell pet in floor hallways and steps. Some places I could even see marks of pet pee!!! If you can't handle pet smell then this is not the place. I was not aware of that and got allocated to 3rd floor - which had smell of pets all over the place.

It was near Frisco Square and a stadium for some events and great eats at the square with many things to do and look at. Staff was excellent and provided some of the best service, housekeeping was friendly and convient even after i checked they came everyday! Only downside was a drink i bought from the fridge in thr lobby was expired, but it happens. Everything else was amazing!

This property needs to pull the carpet up. The hotel has a horrible smell. Also the room I was in the bathroom shower smelled so horrible. It smelled like sewage. You could smell it in your sleep. I only needed the hotel for one night. My experience was horrible far as my room go. But the hotel is close to all the food and market and entertainment. I should’ve just sleep in my card.

Beds are okay and food places are convenient

We needed a room close to Medical City Frisco. This very new and clean hotel is an easy 5-10 minute drive. And there are multiple restaurants within easy driving distance. I would stay there again.

My son and I very much enjoyed our stay. The indoor pool was very nice!!! The breakfast was even better!!! We were extremely happy to stay here!!

The property was very nice and welcoming, perfect for the vacation I had with my friends and cousin. The surrounding area was great, with plenty of good things nearby. The Dallas stadium was super close just about a 15-minute walk or a quick 2-minute drive. Breakfast was excellent!
