The place is big and priced well for it's size. It's also within reasonable walking distance from ikebukuru station. But, it was not clean when we arrived and the cleaners arrived only at 8PM. The shower smells strongly of mold and if you leave the shower door open, you can smell it in the entire house. One of the beds is broken and the sofa chair is also broken (bent out of shape leg). Old thin towels, and in general a feeling the place is minimally maintained. It's ok if you need a big place in a good location and you are on a budget, as long as you are ready for what you get. We cut our stay there after just one night and moved to a nicer place.
