Busy area but super easy to get in and out. Lots of food options nearby. Room was clean and comfortable.

Check-in was smooth and easy. Everything was very clean and tidy. Excellent stay!

Great hotel and great service

It didn’t have a working refrigerator, which they did get working the next day. But the temperature would not regulate so we were either hot or freezing. They did accommodate the food loss we had from no fridge. They were all very nice, but when I asked the day before we checked out to have new towels and garbage’s picked up- he said yes- but never got it done! Came back to overflowing garbage’s and no clean towels.

Stay was great staff was awesome.

The room is rather small. The walls are thin. Our mattress was a roll to the middle. The bathroom floor tile grout needs to be professionally cleaned and sealed. On a good note: The shower was clean and nice. The staff reacted promptly to the thin wall issue. (arguing couple @ 3:00am) The quick breakfast options were nice. Property location is great for dinning. The room has multiple hooks about to hand things.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had an amazing experience. The entire place was immaculately clean, which made my stay very comfortable. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a top-notch stay! Very great area close to everything you need! Will be staying here again

Outside wind noise from the rooms picture window required us to run a fan to be able to sleep. This is a design/construction issue. Other guests in north facing rooms expressed the same.

I love staff

It was fine. I had paid for a king size bed but got two doubles instead. Which was fine. They had roof leaks so there was barrels catching the water outside the elevator. Front desk was incredibly nice

Great overall experience

Alarm clock in room made a beeping noise all night. No way to turn it off or silence it, room was dirty (sticky substance all over the floors) pillowcases smelled, walls are paper thin
