The air conditioning was leaking but it was fixed in minutes by a maintenance person. The sheets and towels were changed daily and they were crispy and in good condition, like new.

The hotel has the best location. It’s not a big hotel but for my purposes was perfect.

Great hotel to stay in! in the center of their downtown and all the restaurants & shops. Really nice area for walks and hangout on the weekends.

The balcony rooms are nice but noisy until 3am or so due to the location downtown, recommend getting a room without a balcony, otherwise the hotel overall was good with nice and helpful staff. Switched our room after we couldn’t sleep.

Muy bien todo, lo único que no cuenta con plancha. Me gustaría que ofreciera desayuno.

Me sorprendió mucho el hotel para bien. Super ubicado, muy limpio, todo el persona que tratamos muy amable. Muy bonita construcción. Solo el bufet del restaurante del domingo no estaba muy rico, tenía variedad pero le falta sazón, y el otro restaurante de diario sí estaba más bueno. Regresaremos con gusto.
