The room was great. Hot tub not very hot and jets were poor. Break fast was good. Food was not very warm. Ran out of sausage and bacon and omelets.

We have stayed here about 15 times over the past years. It seems that this hotel is slipping in cleanliness and service. Floors were dirty, common areas needed cleaning (windows and doors), out of service coffee machines, wifi not working, linens and furniture looking worn.

The slide has very limited hours for our kids who love to play on it. For our family this is what determines which hotel we stay in. We may not be back.

Very clean, smelled great, was an awesome stay. Wish breakfast ran till ten though.

Very friendly staff

The staff was unbelievable sweet and kind, especially the girl who checked us in. Anyone we asked a question to were so kind and helped right away.

I asked for someone to take a look at the wall air unit as the cold air was blowing inside our room at every hour of the day. No one showed up. It was freezing in the room even with heat on. You could see outside on some spots of air unit. When checking in- it looked as though the floors had not been washed - at all. Dirty and spills on floors

Hotel not what it once was, I have stayed multiple times since it opened and it seems to be going downhill. To start nothing like being placed on a 8 minute hold with front desk to end up using another cellphone and get through quicker than your original that’s still playing crappy music. Pool was underwhelming,slide open 1hr per day? Nothing like taking kids swimming to see a maintenance sign on slide constantly. Jets in hot tub don’t work. Ran out of many items at included breakfast, (bagels,yogurt). Overall a shame to see newer hotel in one of the decent areas of PG deteriorating at such a rapid pace.

Nice location, clean, friendly and helpful staff.

We love that it is located out of the bowl area of PG. The rooms are clean and beautifully decorated. The beds are the perfect combination of soft and firm. Lots of pillows to get cozy. Breakfast service, Fitness center, and pool with a waterslide are all bonuses. Perfect for a family getaway or staycation.

A little tight on the parking, but appreciated the quiet location.

My room was cold, even when I turned up the heat.

Every part of this hotel was a 5/5! The rooms were clean and comfy, the pool and hot tub were great, breakfast was great and the gym was excellent!
