Muito bem localizado, proximo ao aeroporto e muito confortável. A limpeza do local e agilidade no check-in tambem surpreenderam..

It is a perfect place for a family trip, the room has all the basic amenities. And I want to highlight the exceptional communication, the professionalism and efficiency of the staff. Thank you .

The place itself was lovely - clean, spacious and comfortable. Sophia greeted us and helped us check in (and gave us directions to downtown, as well as organized our airport taxi for us- she was wonderful!). The couch was most uncomfortable (but we didn’t need it). The communication was non- existent; I sent several messages the days prior with some questions, and never got a single response. I also never got the code to actually enter the building. After waiting outside of the building for a while, Sophia happened to see us and let us in. She then helped us with the automated (on a touchscreen screen) check-in process. If it wasn’t for Sophia happening to come by when she did, I really don’t know how we would have been able to get in. The place really needs to work on their communication- it was a very unsettling experience overall, until we ran into Sophia.

Lovely room just what we needed for the night. We enjoyed the planes going overhead too!

O apartamento é v vc confortável e muito limpo. Muito bem localizado se você estiver chegando ou saindo do aeroporto de Lisboa. A única coisa negativa foi o sistema de guarda volumes do hotel. Não funciona!

Good apartment about 25 mins by Uber to downtown. If travelling by metro 2 lines to get there, similar timeframe including the walk. Probably would try to stay closer if you want city action. It’s a long walk uphill from the city take an Uber €5-8

The room met my needs. And management got me a comforter when I wrote that I was cold.

The staff were nice but it was not the cleanest place. There was mold in the showers.

Un problema a la entrada. Hay que meter los datos a mano y no está bien explicado. Escanean tu documento (es ilegal). No lo recomiendo. Por lo demás, aceptable.

Nice roomy apartment, nice area , walking distance to metro, only thing I didn’t like was the mattress , not very comfortable

Nous avions choisi cet hôtel pour sa proximité de la gare routière. Le quartier n'est pas très intéressant et est plutôt bruyant à cause du passage fréquent des avions à basse altitude. Chambre assez spacieuse avec cuisinette. Avertissement: une étiquette très discrète indique qu'il y a des frais de 50 euros si la vaisselle utilisée n'est pas lavée.

The property is in excellent condition and in a perfect location…I love it

El alojamiento súper limpio y cómodo. Fácil para estacionar el coche. Muy bien ubicado
