Overall, we were satisfied with our stay. After reading some of the previous reviews, our experience was actually better than expected. The room was not very large, but it was clean, tidy, and perfectly suitable if you are looking for a budget-friendly place to stay. The property is a bit outside the city centre and close to the airport, so you can hear planes flying overhead. For us, this wasn't an issue at all. We simply closed the windows, and after a full day of sightseeing, we slept without any problems. Uber and Bolt are affordable and make it easy to get anywhere in the city. The only negative experience was that the fire alarm went off one morning at 6:30 a.m., and everyone had to leave the building until it was switched off. I later noticed in other reviews that this had happened before, so hopefully it will be resolved. Overall, this accommodation met our expectations. We mainly needed a clean place to sleep and a small kitchenette to prepare breakfast, as we spent most of our days exploring the city. For travellers looking for good value for money, we would recommend it.

Horrible communication with the host. I never got a check in code even after checking in on the app, and the host didn’t respond to my messages and calls for ages. Nearly slept outside. And still didn’t share the main entrance code after I explained the app wasn’t working, so I had to rely on tailgating people. It was a very stressful experience

Quarto limpo, organizado. A freguesia é um pouco feia, tudo bem.

Nos hospedamos apenas duas noites lá e precisamos de um lugar próximo ao aeroporto para descansar antes de voltar para o Brasil, e foi exatamente o que encontramos. Um lugar limpo, organizado e com qualidade exatamente como descrito no anúncio e nas fotos. Só vale uma ressalva: não é perto do centro de Lisboa, então para turistar na parte mais central da cidade, tenha em mente que vai precisar se deslocar todos os dias e reservar um tempo para esse deslocamento. Agora se a sua finalidade é ficar perto do aeroporto, super recomendo. Além disso, os preços na região são mais baixos, justamente por não ser uma região turística. Cama confortável, ar condicionado, banheiro espaçoso, bom chuveiro, frigobar, microondas e fogão. Super equipado

Clean room

My colleague used an automated locker terminal located at the hotel LSA Campos by Numa for storing the suitcase when he had to change the room due to new reservation. Instead of the standard 6-digit numerical PIN, the machine issued an invalid alphabetical code both times, making it impossible to open the locker. He was charged €10 twice (total €20) due to that error. I have already contacted the hotel and they said that another company is the sole operator of these lockers. Refund of €20 was not processed.

My colleague attempted to use the luggage locker machine during checkout following a room change under a new reservation. Instead of generating the standard 6-digit numerical PIN required to open the locker, the terminal issued an invalid alphabetical code on both attempts. As a result, we were unable to access the locker. Despite the service not being provided due to this apparent system malfunction, my colleague was charged €10 twice, for a total of €20. I have already contacted the hotel, and they said its not their responsibility since the locker is owned by other company. It is not acceptable to be charged for a service that could not be used due to wrong PIN code

Funciona tudo bem, mas é preciso algum cuidado com a água porque pode queimar se estiver no máximo. A temperatura do esquentador deve ser reduzida para evitar acidentes. De resto, tudo excelente.
