I had a wonderful stay at Le Méridien hotel, with excellent amenities and service throughout. However, the valet parking service fell short of expectations, lacking the efficiency and courtesy I had experienced elsewhere. Despite this, the overall experience was still enjoyable.

Service was terrible and specially the laundry and housekeeping. Always missing customer requests and there are no record of registering request such as room make up, laundry delivery time,… etc

Good hotel. Check-in is a bit slow. Food is great from Room service. Location is okay, no shops directly close by.

Not consistent. 3 weeks ago the hotel service and cleanliness was good. This time the room was not clean with slippers used and thrown in the cupboard. Also I had to request coffee capsules almost 3 times and it never arrived. Not what I experienced the first time and definitely not what i would expect from Le Meridien

Very nice and clean.

Staff were friendly and approachable. Room was clean and comfortable. The contemporary design and hard surfaces mean that the interior feels a little stark and unfriendly (just a personal view though) and I thought the food (breakfast and evening room service meal) were quite average.

My appreciation and thanks goes to everyone working in this wonderful place. Khalid is reception upgrade my stay with awesome smile.

Very pleasant stay although some spa areas were not functioning during our stay but the room and “Salah” and his Colleague from front desk were very accommodating and pleasant to deal with.
