Great stay

Very clean and comfortable stay

Everything was good until we checked into our room and found food in the fridge. We just did not feel certain that the care was taken to clean the room overall. The staff changed our room immedidately.

I recommend booking anywhere else but here. Terrible service and staff, as unhelpful as it possibly gets. If I could give no stars I would.

Beautiful hotel and great value

Clean and well appointed room. Property bright and pleasant. I used the gym. Breakfast was really good with piping hot coffee.

Ridiculously clean, staff ridiculously friendly and the breakfast buffet ridiculously fantastic! The entire stay was perfect. All expectations exceeded, thank you!

Trouble with wifi login.I didn’t feel like contacting front desk to sort it out as we were only there to swim.sleep,shower,eat.

My first time at the Windsor Holiday Inn Express and enjoyed my time there. Room very clean and comfortable. I will be coming again to stay

The buffet breakfast was fabulous!! Way above standard hotel fare. Must have 50 items to choose from. Didn't care for the silly half couch. It was awkward to sit in and the cushion was too firm. Staff were friendly prompt and thorough

We would of liked the curtains closed at night..and we couldn't hang our close up..other than that it was good
