It was nice.

Truly a hidden gem in this area! Beautiful grounds and property, top notch lodge and facilities, and loved the option of on-site condo style lodgings.

The room at The Hideout was very spacious and accommodating. The bed was very comfortable. The deck just outside of the room was very nice with a beautiful view of the golf course. I wish it had a small refrigerator and microwave but I managed without them.

Loved staying here. Will surely come back in summer.

Great place. Quiet, out of town. Room is nice, no microwave, no coat hangers. Great view from the room. You are left without food or drinks after 2pm on Sunday. No vending, no nothing. You need to stock your water or soda or beer, but there is no fridge :) Nearest market is 8 miles away. But I must say the staff is great!

Beautiful place and the staff was amazing

Kitchen closed, hours show open til 9pm. Hot tub closed. Staff very short and not knowledgeable. Dining closed at 2, check out 11, check in at 4:: very poor customer service.

Friendly staff. I was there in off season so there wasn't alot to do. The resturant was very nice.

We always enjoy our stay at the Hideout and enjoy the beautiful views and peacefulness. They are updating rooms and we will be glad when all rooms have small refrigerators and clocks to add to the nice furnishings.

This is a golf resort setting including rooms in a lodge and cabins. I stayed in one of the six lodge rooms. I did not use the outdoor pool or hot tub, but both were very nice with good outdoor views. A very good facility for the cost.

This will be my go-to place to stay in Brownwood. Friendly staff and great service. The restaurant is amazing as well. Beautiful location on golf course. Highly recommend.

Property is ok, definitely cater to the golfing community. Absolutely impossible to get a coffee before 6:30 am even in your room. Property will cancel dinner service for paying guests to accommodate private parties. This is a problem due to the location. Fishing is not as advertised. Ceiling fans are inoperable and ac units work on and off. You must walk long distances to cabins without luggage carriers. Just not for me.
