Penilaian & Ulasan Keseluruhan Hotel Balaka Inn

I booked my stay in balaka, but I received a call a day before my check in that balaka cannot provide me a room, as a person has been tested positive, but they will provide me a equivalent stay on a different hotel, The name of the hotel is HOME STAY WORLD, the location and the hotel was good when I checked in they offered me a room which was not similar to what I have chosen in balaka, then they offered me a diff room which was good but for that I have to pay more than what I have paid upfront online. I agreed but the F&B services are pathetic, the food was so bad, horrible, whether it was tea coffee, food all are pathetic, but they are charging so high, Paid extra for stay, food was pathetic, will recommend to stay but don't avail the food
