We arrived a little early and were kindly allowed to check in all was ok but we were told that the Bar was not an available service anymore which was a shame because it was one of the reasons we chose to stay there as thought it would be nice spot to have a drink and play cards, but apparently no one uses it Shown to our twin room was ok had all we needed, the rug next to the bed was a bit grubby and shower hose although works ok needs limescale cleaning. Breakfast was lovely nicely cooked and service good too

One night stay for a party. Perfect for walking to sea front and town. Room was very spacious with a separate sitting room area. Very clean and lovely breakfast. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Lovely hosts, great room, very clean and all you could want

Friendly welcome on arrival, shown to our room, the room was very clean and nicely decorated, it was very spacious with a lounge area with a TV and tea and coffee making facilities, a separate bedroom with the en suite bathroom with towels and toiletries, there was a iron and board and also a fan, the bed was clean and comfy too. Breakfast had a good selection to choose The sea front was about a 10 min walk if that with local shops nearby, this hotel was a good location. Would highly recommend staying here and we will definitely be back Thank you for having us

Fabulous stay, welcoming hosts just a short walk to Herne Bay station. Room was modern and spacious. Breakfast options were plentiful and our Eggs Benedicts were delicious. We will definitely be back when we visit the area again, thank you 👍

Quiet place, room is very big and comfortable. Breakfast could be improved, especially having diary free options and fresh bread would have made difference. However, the owner was really kind to accomodate my needs and brought me a bowl of fruit which was really nice. Thanks for the hospitality!

We stayed two nights with Rachel and Luke. Great hosts, helpful with local sights and inforamtion and we endjoyed tasty breakfasts.

The room was amazing, breakfast needs better quality ingredients. Sorry to say but worst breakfast we've ever had. If this is sorted than this property will be a 10/10.

A good stay - we slept well here! We found Herne Bay itself a bit disappointing, not as many places to eat or drink as we thought, but very close by car to Whitstable and Tankerton as well as some good country pubs which we enjoyed! Breakfast was nice - so much bacon in my bacon sandwich we made another bacon sandwich for my boyfriend! Some good cold yogurty fruity options too.

Our room was calm, comfortable and relaxing.. The location was within an easy walk of the station and beach. The owners were helpful and provided an excellent breakfast!
