The only complaints that we had were the pillows were very flat and that we had a durty towel folded up neatly in our room when we checked in.

Everything seemed to be in order and enjoyable. Staff was friendly and helpful. No negativity for us to report

This property was very nice. ALL of the staff was very respectful and the hospitality was immaculate!

Bed was not comfortable. Walls are VERY thin so it was very noisy. Didn’t even stay the night. Checked out same night.

Rooms were super clean and the staff were very friendly! Great stay.

Hot Tubs needed

The property is so close to a lot of attractions. Its very nice and has very friendly staff. The only issue is i wish they could come up with a flat rate for the valet parking for 2 nights my fee was over $231 $68, $60, $68 then you get parking taxes on top of that...wow! Nonetheless beautiful place but i feel a bit ripped off on parking.

Cost way too much to park!!! It should be free.

Staff were very nice and helpful, and the hotel itself was clean and elegant from the moment I arrived. Everything felt upscale and well-maintained. I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend it. Just a heads-up — be sure to budget for VIP parking, which is $62 per night. There’s really no way around it, as parking options are very limited in the area.

Valet took @ 50 minutes to retrieve car at 8 ish in the evening. Rectangular toilets awkward and shower floor was slippery while showering. No night light or way to seal bathroom area from sleeping area. Staff at desk friendly enough . Valet staff was friendly but just manned by two staff and they were getting their butt kicked.

They start cleaning at 0900 and are incredibly loud about it. That's the only negative. It seemed like they were slamming things into walls.

Great hotel, excellent customer service and location perfect for Ft. Worth downtown scene. Valet parking a bit expensive per night but still a great place. Highly recommend!

Hotel was clean very close to everything we wanted to do. Only downfall was the ac didn’t seem to get very cold. We had it on 65 from 330 pm when we checked in until 10 am the next morning and still got hot at night. There was no way it was 65
