This was not our first time visiting Bali or staying in Ubud. We love this area and were so excited to bring our family here to experience its beauty. Unfortunately, this villa was a complete shock and a huge disappointment. After arriving following a wonderful day of touring, we were horrified by the condition of the property. The villa was filthy, riddled with bugs, and worse than some outdoor camping experiences I’ve had in Canada. The towels had been left outside in the rain prior to our arrival. Everything was damp and moldy, and the air conditioning in the rooms did not work. There was no safe to secure our belongings. When we raised this concern, staff tried to accommodate by bringing a safe to our room and telling us to hide it somewhere—even though it was not bolted down. That was not reassuring at all. That same night, an aggressive dog living next door nearly attacked us when we returned from dinner. We had to call staff to try to restrain the dog just so we could enter the property and attempt to sleep. The pool was so dirty that I would not allow my children anywhere near it, let alone swim. Our rooms—including the beds—were full of bugs. The bathroom odor was absolutely pungent and smelled strongly of cat urine. To make matters worse, the doors did not lock properly, did not close fully, and had large gaps underneath. As a result, geckos were constantly coming and going—there were countless of them—and some even climbed into our beds. We checked out the very nex

わかりにくい場所なのにビラの入口に看板も無く、チェックイン時に人が居なく、電話番号も違っていて連絡がつきませんでした。 危うく別のホテルに移動しようとしたら、スタッフが遅れて来ました。

We had a great stay at D’junas villa. It was a really lovely place with nature surrounding us in the middle of Ubud. You feel like you are far away from the busy town but only a few minutes away walking. It was a really great stay and wonderful staff
