NOT worth $600 a night. Maybe $250. 1st time I have ever reviewed a hotel. I have traved the world. Why have a terrace to look at power lines and peoples backyards. Water pressure was bad. Both days. Hard to even get shampoo out of your hair. Floor in shower was tiled, slippery and slooped bad, even the shower door would reopen due to slope No light switches by bed. Every light needed to be turned off at the light. Mattress was not as expected for upscale hotel, slept good but was exhausted from walking the city.

Amazing location coupled with rather nice accommodations. The only drawback is the $50 per night parking fee. Starbucks on site. Quant colonial style locale.

I wish the restaurant would have been available later and the bar didn’t have two of the drink options that I requested.

Other than the pool not working everything went as hoped.

The hotel was nice, clean, and staff was great. Only complaint was that the WiFi did not work in the room itself. We had to go into the lobby to get the WiFi to work.

The hotel was beautiful, and well taken care of. I loved the convenience of being able to walk into the downtown area which is where we spent most of our time. We will definitely be back.

Very comfortable and central location a big plus.

Problem with bathroom. I got locked out of my own bathroom due to a very strange lock mechanism which had no purpose and should have been removed. Took two trips for hotel to figure out how to correct, though they were aware that this was a problem and had not corrected it. Luckily I was locked out on the same side as my cell. Not impressed by staff. Did not even say sorry when I called.

Spent Mother’s day weekend with my family and we couldn’t stop talking about how impressed we were with the hotel! I also want to make sure to mention how amazing the receptionist (I didn’t catch her name) was. She was so welcoming and you can tell how much she enjoys helping people :)

The staff was The Renaissance was fantastic. Mackenzie and her team were so friendly and accommodating. They allowed us to stay longer because we had flight delays and we had an issue with one of the rooms, which was quickly rectified. The valet team was amazing and so helpful with recommendations for my running during down time. My family just moved down to St. Augustine and when I come to visit- I promise to return!!
