I was greatly satisfied!

Couldn't get proper towels and wash rags. Ask housekeeper, commit was don't speak English. the front desk said ask housekeeper, that wasn't going to work out. we left one earlier. We won't stay here again. the dryer wasn't working.

Telephone didn’t work. Room was clean.

The room and all areas were very clean! My family enjoyed the continental breakfast! The cinnamon rolls were yummy!

Was not informed that rooms arent cleaned unless requested...ran out of towels and body wash .Called down to inform front desk about no body wash and was informed that i would have to go down and get it , also had no bath mats .

Great location nice and clean

I recently stayed at this property for two nights (June 15-17,2025). The staff were friendly, and the hotel was very clean. I will definitely be staying with the Holiday Inn Express chain from now on. I rarely stay at a chain hotel that there aren't problems. I have zero complaints about this hotel. Katherine Lazo

Was in town for a family event. The hotel room was very spacious, clean and quiet. Parking was very convenient. Breakfast was a plus. Will stay there again. Highly recommend.

Room is great. Pool isn’t heated. The showers in the room never got warm either. Otherwise not bad for a holiday inn.

Working unfriendly lady playing Mexican music at breakfasts cleaning up there. Breakfast was very good btw. Better then most. Beds are soft but firm. New clean place. Had weird smells everywhere. Like heater smells but it's almost June. Nice bathrooms. Hate water flow control at hotels.

We had to change rooms because the air conditioning heating unit did not work properly. But the staff was very accommodating and got us a room right away.

Friendly staff and clean. I forgot a gift bag in the lobby, called the staff after I checkout and they found it for me. I was so grateful!

The hotel is clean and quiet with friendly staff. It is conveniently located near the places I needed to go for work.
