Das Hotel ist in einem sehr guten Zustand. Es fängt schon beim Empfang an. Andrew und Abdullah im Concierge Bereich, aber auch die anderen sehr zuvorkommen und hilfsbereit, auch konnten Sie alles sehr gut organisieren. Der Empfang sehr professionell und sehr freundlich. Sie kümmern sich um alles und das sehr schnell. Das Essen hervorragend, der Chefkoch kommt aus Italien. die Pizza und Sushi waren sehr gut, aber auch die Vielfalt sehr groß und sehr gut. Für jeden was dabei und sehr gut. Auch die Bedienungen sind aufmerksam und sehr gut. Für uns ein sehr gutes Hotel dass man immer wieder buchen kann. Das einzige ist der Strand der fehlt, aber mit der Tram, gleich vor der Tür, in 10 Minuten dort. Die Aussicht sehr gut. Die Zimmer sauber und modern eingerichtet. Uns hat es dort an nichts gefehlt. Das Frühstück ist wirklich üppig und reich an Auswahl. Das Abendessen ist etwas kleiner ausgerichtet, wird aber immer etwas abgewandelt. Geschmack 10/10, wirklich ein Lob an die Köche! Auch das Personal steht direkt bereit und hilft wo es kann. Wir sind sehr früh angereist & es war überhaupt kein Problem direkt ein Zimmer zu bekommen. Die Haltestelle ist nur 1 Minute vom Hotel entfernt & auch ein keiner Supermarkt findet man direkt gegenüber. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und die Zimmer geräumig.

The property is very well served by public transport, especially getting to and from the Dubai International Airport. This is a big plus point. The staff in general are very polite and helpful. On the whole, I can recommend this hotel to travellers/visitors to Dubai.

The room is a little bit old. Overall it is an okay stay

Great property at the entrance to palm jumeirah, easy access, best service.

I left one thing in the bathroom a small teeth replacement inside the shower cap enveloped) and no one noticed it, so it was considered as trash. Is my fault but the maintenance supervisor mentioned that no one took any thing… but they replace another new one. I think that is a miscommunication issue, but mentioned that the employee hasn’t moved or take anything alike, invalidate the necessity for replacement.

Das Hotel war ein super Erlebnis und die Küche (Frühstück und Abendessen) war hervorragend. Das Personal immer sehr zuvorkommend und sonst auch alles perfekt.

Perfect place to visit Dubai, the Dubai Marina, Museum of the Future and the different parcs like Seaworld, Motiongate and Ferrari World!
