No place to place clothing. Faucet not working properly.

View was typical New York skyline what we expected.Staff very friendly & helpfull.

The location was great — right in the heart of Manhattan, which made it very convenient to get around. The room service and staff were nice and friendly. However, I was quite disappointed with my stay. The room was very small and not soundproof at all; we could clearly hear other guests entering their rooms. On top of that, the slippers came with an extra charge, the refrigerator didn’t work, and, last but not least, the duvet cover was just two separate nylon sheets, which was uncomfortable and frustrating throughout my stay.

Very comfy bed, very helpful staff, over all good hotel.

No storage space at all in the rooms. Annoying bright lights from detectors, appliances and A/C

I booked a king bed with city view but was given two full beds instead. The hotel blamed a ‘system glitch’ and refused to correct it, claiming no king rooms were available. Very disappointing and not what I paid for.

Hotel muito bem localizado, quartos são novos porém um pouco apertados. Chuveiro, cama e Tv muito bons. Poderia ter café da manhã incluso na diária devido ao alto valor.

El hotel está muy bien ubicado, sin embargo botaron unos zapatos que compré nuevos a las basura la chica de limpieza. Me ofrecieron un reembolso que aún no he recibido luego de un mes. Aún no he recibido mi deposit refund y la caja de seguridad quedó cerrada sin explicación y casi pierdo mi vuelo porque no había nadie que asistiera para abrirla. El personal es bastante novato. La ubicación es Excelente y el servicio del hotel bueno. Pero la experiencia bastante desagradable.

We only arrived at the hotel shortly before midnight and received a lovely welcome at the front desk with complimentary water, a nice surprise. The room was clean and the mattress very comfortable. We always enjoy good water pressure in the shower and it didn't disappoint. I will definitely book another stay at this hotel in the future.

The room was great however they need a small cupboard for clothing. At the minute they have a rail for clothes which makes the room smaller.

Great location in Midtown! The room was nice and cold when we arrived on a warmer day, so that was lovely. The space is very small, no counter space in bathroom, but typical of NYC in my experience. There was a water refill station on the C floor and a bathroom. :)

The plate that covered the card reader to enter the room kept falling off. The bar staff was awesome!

The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. The floor tiles in the bathroom were delightful. I wish there were shelves in the bathroom.
