Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast delicious. Bed and pillows comfortable. Excellent water pressure in shower. Will stay there again when I return.

Charming, high quality hotel with excellent and friendly staff. The breakfast was tasty and had an excellent selection of food choices. The roof top pool was nice opening a view towards the ocean. Definitely five star experience.

I stayed in April 2026 for business purposes. Considering the little number of four and five star properties in Faro (which is only three if I am not mistaken) this is the best hotel in terms of physical conditions. If you are looking for beautiful sea view from your balcony, this is not your property though.

The hotel is very new and well appointed in great part of town.

Stor besvikelse att frukosten serverades i en tråkig lokal på bottenvåningen och att man var tvungen att köa för att komma in. Trång lokal och mediokert utbud, dålig service. Vid vårt senaste besök serverades frukosten i anslutning till terrassen, som har fantastisk utsikt över hela staden. Sammanfattningsvis mycket bra förutom frukost och dålig service vid incheckningen.

Wonderful staff, excellent breakfast, lovely pool, great food in the restaurant. Highly recommended.

Breakfast buffet was wonderful! Staff were friendly and helpful! Room was lovely. Location was amazing, with easy access to lots of restaurants and shopping. Minutes to marina, train station, museum, and many sights!

Good hotel overall. Good breakfast. Outside pool too cold, inside pool too small, though. Staff attentive and helpful. Lunch restaurant (on the top at the pool) absolutely horrible. Worst food we had during our stay. Overcooked and extremely uninspiring. Avoid! But location good. Rooms great and big, very modern. Would stay again, if at discounted price (and would eat my lunch anywhere else).

This is a truly great boutique hotel; I would be happy to stay at again. I praise it highly. The staff are superb.

This property is excellent! Fifth visit for us and we will return. Staff are all amazing, the rooftop pool and bar are just gorgeous, breakfast is first class and rooms are beautiful. They went above and beyond on this visit as we took our son with us who has coeliac, the gluten free options they provided were brilliant. There’s only one thing you should be aware of and that is, because it’s a property right in the centre of the old town, some of the rooms have pretty awful views into neighbouring properties and where there’s quite a lot of building work/unsightly buildings and some balconies don’t see any sun all day/evening. But I guess that’s a small price to pay for the great location!
