Ein modernes, stilvolles und ansprechendes Hotel in ruhiger Lage. Das Personal ist super nett und freundlich. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit direktem Poolzugang gebucht. Allerdings teilt man sich diesen Pool mit den angrenzenden Zimmernachbarn. Das Frühstücksbuffett ist hervorragend, das Essen ist köstlich. Auf dem Rooftop gibt es einen Adults-Only-Pool und eine Rooftopbar.

Leuke kamer met zicht op de binnentuin, jammer dat onze 2 kinderen een kamer hadden met zicht op een muur, maar we hebben toch genoten van onze vakantie. Voor ons vertrek kregen we nog te horen dat we slachts 4 nachten in het hotel konden verblijven maar dat er een alternatief werd geregeld voor ons. Dat alternatief was een zusterhotel op 3,5 km rijden. Ook dit verblijf viel in de smaak.

Mooie kamer met een ruim terras. Het personeel was heel vriendelijk. ‘‘s nachts en ‘‘s morgens vroeg was er wel veel geluidhinder van de straat: vrachtwagens, wegenwerken, glasbakken en containers ledigen om 6u ‘‘s ochtends… Helaas was het eindeseizoen waardoor het restaurant/ bar op de rooftop gesloten was we de laatste nacht nog naar een zusterhotel moesten verhuizen. Dit stond niet vermeld bij het maken van de boeking.

From the moment we walked into the hotel, every single member of staff was friendly, welcoming, and extremely helpful. They were absolutely brilliant with our newborn baby and went out of their way to accommodate us when we asked to move to a room at the shallower end of the swim-up pool. Nothing was too much trouble. We would absolutely recommend this hotel. A huge thank you to Sara, Alissa, and every member of the team for making our stay so special.

Lush hotel in the hills of Santa Eulalria. Staff on reception were very friendly & they have a useful WhatsApp to help you on the go! Delicious breakfast, great pool. Could do with some shade/wind resistant umbrellas on the rooftop pool, but that's minor. Lovely yoga sessions in the mornings!

Room was veey good, with fantastic views of the sunrise each morning (room 1229). Limited storage space but ok for one week. The hot tub on the terrace was a nice touch. Pool areas were clean and always managed to get a sunbed. The rooftop pool (adult only) was very shallow; hence, not possible to swim but ideal for cooling down on hot days. One massive negative for us was breakfast. My wife is Coeliac and requires a Gluten Free breakfast. Prior to arrival we checked this was available, which was confirmed. Unfortunately, due to the size of the kitchen and serving areas there was no seperate food preparation or serving areas. This resulted in my wife becoming very ill. To avoid more problems breakfast became a challenging time and very, very limited. Gluten Free bread was available, as were a couple of sealed cakes but even the chopped fruit, nuts, cheese or anything from the heated food range were off limits. On a positive note, the staff were extremely kind and tried their best to accommodate but due to the kitchen space and serving areas my wife had a very limited options. Location is in a residential area with a handful of good traditional restaurants within a 10 minute walk. The main promenade is about a 20 to 25 minute walk where there is lots of choice for bars and restaurants. Finally, the jewel in the crown for the hotel are its staff. Every person was pleasant, welcoming and polite. In particular, we would like to thank Robert and Una who went above and beyond

Heel leuk hotel. Personeel was heel vriendelijk bij ontvangst, maar de overige dagen was dat niet top. Ze lopen je liever omver dan voor je om te gaan. Heel lekker gegeten, zowel ontbijt als overdag. Bedjes boven zijn wel aan vervanging toe. Kamers ook heel gehorig, als ze boven ons gingen douchen of in bad dan hoorden we dat in onze kamer eronder. Fijne omgeving en op wandelafstand van het strand.
