The property was clean, spacious and well laid out , except the beds weren’t facing the TV and mattresses very hard and uncomfortable but The hosts were very friendly and the breakfast was fantastic! The location is great .. I would recommend!

객실도 넓고 깨끗하여 지내기에 좋았습니다. 직원 분들도 일본분은 아니지만 친절하게 대응해 주시는 편으로 만족 스럽습니다. 아침식사는 로비 옆의 식당에서 뷔페 형식으로 진행 되는데 음식도 따뜻하게 나와 아주 맛있지는 않지만 하루를 시작하기에 좋은 정도 였습니다. 난바역에서 조금 떨어져 있는게 단점이긴 하지만 3인 이상으로 오사카에 또 온다면 다시 묵을 의향이 있는 숙소 입니다. 다만 방의 에어컨을 봤을때 내부의 먼지가 너무 확실히 보여 청결 관련하여 안좋은 인상을 조금 받았습니다.

Un hôtel charmant et relaxant. Personnel très gentil. On se sent très bien aussi bien dans la chambre que sur le roof top. Vraiment à conseiller à ceux qui désirent du calme et une ambiance hors des grands hôtel. Parfait.

쉽고 편하게 체크인 체크아웃 할 수 있었고 바로 앞에 편의점이 있어서 좋았습니다. 주요 역들과도 가까워 편하게 지낼 수 있었습니다.

Location is convenient, only a 5 min walk from the action of Namba. Family apartment, although quite spacious, doesn't offer must privacy between rooms. Staff were great. Room was advertised as 'city view' but there is no view other than buildings across the street. Overall the experience was fine for our stay

Room was clean and staff were very friendly. I enjoyed interacting with the staff members because they were very accommodating and helpful. However I am taking away one star because there was an issue with entering the property after hours.

溫度舒適，房間分大，包含早餐種類豐富，人性化設計，職員有禮。距離木津市場十分近，只需要5分鐘。唯獨交通不太方便到附近的地鐵站需要步行到10分鐘

My family of 13 stayed at this property in the 3 bedroom exclusive apartment and a 2 bedroom smaller room. Both rooms were great, the 3 bedroom apartment was perfect for all of us! And even better that it had 3 bathrooms too. Location is perfect for walking to Namba area and Dotonbori, everything is very close and feels safe! Will definitely stay here again if we go back to Osaka :)

Located on a quiet street- 8 minute walk from subway ystation, Kizu market was 6 minutes away, near Namba Gardens (shops and eatery), 15-20 minute walk from Kuromon. Breakfast offered with basic food, but enough to get you going. Friendly and helpful staff. Code to enter room was sent to email upon check in. Room was enough for 3 people to share without feeling cramped. A huge plus for me was there were plenty of outlets.

It was a nice hotel generally with a very good included breakfast. Staff were generally nice. Downside: poor ventilation in dining area so we would smell strongly of cooking grease after breakfast. Also, cleaning staff came on wrong days twice, once walking in on me as I was changing. Rooms are big compared to other hotels, but not nearly as clean as others (food bits on dishes in kitchenette). Despite this, it was good value and I would book again.

Amazing hotel. Breakfast was great and staff were always prompt with responses and assistance. Would definitely stay there again next time.
