Getting into the apartment took a little trial and error with the code provided. The code provided after check in didn't work. I had to call a couple of times and wait for 15 mins before I heard from someone that they were looking into it & provided a functional building code. After getting in, we found the previous guest's socks and underwear left behind the door in the bathroom. The Wi-Fi on the top floor where we had an attic style room, was INCREDIBLY slow, to the point that I had to use my data for Wi-Fi hotspot. The room's Wi-Fi was unusable. The air conditioning in the room worked great. Other than that the location was about 15-20 mins walk from most points of interest. The area felt secure. There were stores and restaurants right next door.

Personal war stundenlang unter der angegebenen Telefonnummr nicht erreichbar (Hotel ohne Rezeption). Dadurch konnte ich keinen Timeslot für das Spa buchen. Plötzlich funktionierte mein Code für die Zugangstür nicht mehr -> ich würde nie wieder dort einchecken.

I highly recommend this place. Located in a lovely neighbourhood with ample parking (albeit street side) in front of the property. There’s a decent size supermarket at the back. And it’s a short stroll to the city centre. Room is also comfortable. The reason a star was deducted is because I found a pack of half eaten food in the fridge upon check-in. Otherwise it would have been a perfect 5.

Hat gepasst für einen kurzen Aufenthalt. Ein Tisch mit Stühlen für das Frühstück im Apartment wäre noch wünschenswert.

Einige Kleinigkeiten im Zimmer sind nicht fertiggestellt worden bei der Sanierung. Im Zimmer sind vereinzelt Küchenschaben zu sehen.

Vi hadde en kort övernattning och uppskattade placering och standard på hotellet med tanke på närheten till centrum. Vi hadde inte fått med oss att det var själv check in, så tog oss lite tid att komma till rummet. Men fick god hjälp via sms vägledning från personalen.

Apartamento enorme e confortável, mas o aquecedor parou de funcionar e, ao ligar o ar condicionado que era em cima do guarda roupas, uma poeira se espalhou pelo quarto, uma pena. A roupa de cama é cheia de estampas, quando deveria ser lisa.

The phone number that was on the Hotels.com website was the wrong number, so checking in and getting the door code before I arrived was impossible. Once I got there, the right number was on the door, and I had to take a picture of my passport and check in outside on the street. To the hotel: Please provide the right phone number to Hotels.com. But it was good and friendly service from the moment I contacted them Nice, clean room, but I wish there was a little desk. The beds were a little hard which was not good for my back.

Weather was terrible, it rained all day! This is an apart hotel, so no staff and access is by code sent to you. Clean and tidy apartment with mini kitchen Inc fridge which was handy for a cold beer. My booking on hotels.com stated breakfast included, but apparently it's an optional extra by staff in a text!

Overall it’s good. All communication through the sms. The dishes are bit dirty. I wish they could consider the light design in the apartment, the color of the lighting is depressing.

Frühstück gebucht - es gab aber kein Frühstück, das ist Abzocke. Vom Service niemand erreichbar, weder telefonisch noch persönlich. Was ist das? Seltsam. Dennoch war die Unterkunft in Ordnung. Leider verspielt der Inhaber eine gute Bewertung durch Abwesenheit, Nichterreichbarkeit und verkauft ein FS obwohl er keines anbietet.

Es gibt sehr wenig Service im Hotel . Bei der Anreise gab es kein Empfang wo man sich melden konnte , wir mussten telefonisch dort bei einer Dame anrufen die uns ein Code gab zum öffnen der Türen . Das Hotel war sauber und die Zimmer waren sehr groß . Die Betten waren leider nicht sehr bequem . Es gab dort auch ein Wellness Bereich mit Sauna und Whirlpool was sehr schön war aber leider auch gegen Aufpreis . Das Frühstück war auch nicht sehr viel aber es hat gereicht und es war lecker . Insgesamt kann man das Hotel empfehlen für ein paar Tage die man dort verbringt . Auch preislich war es vollkommen in Ordnung für das was man geboten bekommen hat .
