I would have like a buffet option throughout the day to have more variety. Also the food was somewhat expensive after tax and service charges are added.

Close to downtown area of San Pedro. Parking was easy. Rooms are amazing, roomy and clean. Pool is big and close to beaches. 10/10 would revisit

We loved that many of the staff members remembered our names. Henry, the awesome pool bartender along with all of the other bar tenders were amazing. Also, Minnie at, The Deck and Caroline, our cabana waitress were amazing. We also loved that the young lady that cleaned our room was so meticulous. We made our bed each morning, but we noticed she came in and remade it the correct way. The concierge team and the gentleman at the front door were all extremely professional. My husband and I agreed that Belize has been one of the BEST vacations we've ever had and it had a lot to do with the employees at Alaia. Thanks again for being so amazing.

Great resort.

Alaia is a beautiful, well-situated and well-appointed get away! The staff are welcoming , helpful and many are friendly. I would most definitely recommend this property!

Beautiful property with one of the best resort pools on the island. Beach is also kept very clean with the addition of the new seawall.

We loved this property. we would say hands down the best property in San Pedro.

We stayed 7 nights and it was wonderful. The food is good, the accommodations are very clean, ALL of the staff are super friendly and very helpful, even the taxi drivers are friendly and helpful. We used the same taxi driver (Kevin) for everything. All we had to do was call and he was there. Highly recommend Alaia hotel and if you go ask for Johan the bartender and tell him Danielle and Alan said hello.

Alaia San Pedro is seriously a little piece of heaven. The property is beautiful and well kept. We had a reef house 2 bedroom suite that was perfect for our family of 4 with two teen boys. Every single staff member we interacted with were kind and super helpful. Easy to get around San Pedro. Great restaurants on site and several within walking distance just outside property. One of the best resorts we have stayed in

Amazing Birthday Getaway! Alaia Belize was the perfect spot for a relaxing birthday trip. The resort is beautiful, the staff were welcoming, and the restaurants were delicious. Great location for excursions and beach vibes. Highly recommend and would return!

The Alaia is the premier resort on San Pedro and for a reason. Wonderful staff, beautiful setting and rooms. I loved it.

This is a trip we were looking forward to for months. We Googled best hotel to stay at in Belize and Alaia was listed. Upon our arrival, the hotel was not what we expected. There were ants everywhere in our oceanfront room! The water was brown the last 2 days we were there. The internet/cable kept going out in the room. No sort of compensation or apology. We were told it’s an “Island issue”. This hotel is expensive and definitely not worth the money.
