The hotel is great. The rooms are very clean and cozy and above all the staff is very friendly and helpful.

It was a very nice stay at this hotel. We are a family of 4 adults and we stayed here 2 nights. We were very happy here, the hotel was very clean and tidy, the rooms were very cozy and above all, the staff was very friendly and helpful.

The lower floor fine, bar and dining room ok. The bathroom was lovely but more attention to corners and cleanliness. The bedroom, I’m left speechless, drab, dark and the unfinished look did nothing to lighten my spirits. Had we not travelled from the highlands of Scotland , I would have demanded a refund and found another hotel.

I rarely give negative reviews, I tend to think it’s all about personal preferences. We will not stay here again, our room was awful and we changed once. First room smelt of stale tobacco and damp. Reception (lovely lady, very helpful) gave us another room. This one didn’t smell but it was oppressive. I think it was the design although to me, it looked damp. Just awful. Staff all helpful and friendly, cannot fault them but this type of accommodation definitely isn’t our thing.

Very comfortable, modern hotel, a step up on the usual "Premier" options at this price with a decent shower on a hose and proper loo paper, decent wifi, comfy bed and smart TV. Nice bar area and friendly staff. Main menu a bit basic as is the quality and £9 a night parking only little whinges, all in all I'll definitely be back. Good breakfast too.

Appauling customer service , rooms noisy and like living in a prison cell , concrete walls no covering and metal shelving . Took money for breakfast which was booked as free breakfast , staff untrained and unpleasent .

The staff were friendly & welcoming, the hotel was mostly clean but some areas of the room had been poorly cleaned. My issue is with the decor of the room. Bare concrete walls are not conducive to a welcoming, comfortable stay, no matter what artistic crap reason you give for stinting on the decorating. The lighting was dingy & swallowed by the heavy, dark walls. Coupled with the extremely small size of the room it felt like a prison cell. It's a shame as the bathroom was great & the staff really lovely. It's definitely put me off returning here.

Unfortunate that check in is from 3 but when we arrived after 4.30 our room wasn’t ready. Booked a twin room as needed two separate beds but the two beds were pushed together in the room which defeats the purpose of twin beds.

Fantastic stay. Nana, Colleen, Josie were superb. Very helpful and accommodating- thank you
