良好でした。

狭いけどだいたいのものが揃っていて快適でした。狭いと感じたのは、1人での宿泊でしたが、3〜４人宿泊できるようリビングに2段ベットが置いてあったので、リビングで過ごすのに居れる場所は硬い椅子のみで窮屈に感じました。寝るのはロフトのダブルのマットで寝ましたので、2段ベットの場所にソファーがあればとても快適に過ごせたと思いました。レンジやコンロ、食器類、洗濯、お風呂に必要なものなど、一通り揃っていて便利でした。 お風呂がユニットバスなのですが、扉がすりガラスなので、うっすら外から見えるので普通の扉がよかった。キッチンの水道のお湯の調整がとても難しかったです。とても熱いか水か、、という感じでした。閑静な住宅街なので静かで良いのですが、その分同じ建物の方の生活音がよく聞こえました。気になる方は気になるかも？ 駅からとても近いし駅前にはコンビニやドラッグストア飲食店もあり、便利。東長崎という駅も東京旅に使いやすかったです。スタッフは在中していませんが、チェックイン前、滞在中も問い合わせにはすぐに応じてくださったのでありがたかったです。 立地的にもお値段的にも、良い宿だったので、また利用したいです。次回は2段ベッドのないソファーのお部屋に。

The room was clean, and had all the amenities you would have in a small apartment.

La habitavion sucia. Las camas muy pequeñas. El dueño queria cobrarnos por cualquier ayuda dinero. Humedo. No servia la secadora de ropa. No la sacaba bien y no teniamos en donde secar la ropa o poner las malestas. No alcanza para tres personas.

Oda temiz ve çok güzel kokuyordu. Mutfak eşyaları da eksiksizdi. İstasyona yakın bir konumdaydı ve sessiz bir mahalledeydi.

Everything was great. Its small and compact, but convenient and practical. The communication with the hosts was always very easy and quick. Tiny cons were that A Washing machine was available but no there was drier and nowhere to hang the clothes. There were no rags or dishcloths to dry your hands or clean with. Otherwise the stay was great and I really enjoyed walking around the neighborhood and sleeping in this cozy apartment.

Fantastic for my needs - safe area, easily walkable to ikebukuro proper or a short train ride to most major stations. Local area is quiet and cute with great food options. Property was clean and had in unit laundry, microwave, kettle, AC and TV, owner was very responsive to questions in concerns and offered multilingual support.

The host was really good at communicating with us. The room was small as others have suggested and it was difficult to manoeuvre in despite us having only two cabin sized bags. The room also had an issue with dampness as the door and window often has small water pools from condensation. But for the price you can’t complain and it was clean and a good quiet location.

附近為住宅街區環境清幽食市選擇足夠但不算豐富，房間相對狹窄，放了張雙人大床後沒有地方放行李和沒有地方整理雜物，所有活動都在床上。

チェックアウトが分かりません

最低最悪。部屋は汚い。カビ臭い。203に宿泊したが203の下の階の部屋は住居なのか少しの物音で天井を叩いてくる。ありえない。部屋はフローリングで椅子とテーブルがあるが静かに気を使って座っても音が鳴る。床の改善した方がいいと思いました。

Space is tight, so it's hard to keep clear. (1Near to train station. Hardly any cars, however floors are too thin, can hear upstairs guest moving luggage. Quiet neighborhood, surrounded by 24hr convenient stores and 3 supermarkets. Quite a bit dining options although they are far apart.

出先でも料理ができ食費を抑えながら旅行を楽しめたので良かったが、備品があると表示しながらもなかったり、部屋の汚れが目立ったのが評価3にした理由です。
