Staff was good, place was very nice and clean. Stay was ok, there were lots of hockey kids running around knocking on peoples doors being rude. While I understand kids will be kids it disturbed the rest of the guests. I made a complaint but that did nothing it was past midnight before they knocked it off

The staff was wonderful. The bed was soft, fluffy, and incredibly comfortable. The included buffet breakfast had fantastic variety and was very good quality. The pool area was nice, clean and warm. The onsite restaurant had good choices at pretty good prices. There was a small onsite “convenience store” that was pricey but also had good variety and good in a pinch. A couple of minor negatives: I booked this hotel for the pool BUT the water was freezing, I couldn’t even get in. My room was supposed to have shampoo, conditioner, and body wash BUT I didn’t have conditioner (someone obviously refilled the conditioner bottle with shampoo).

Room was very nice and staff was great but parking was dangerous due to poor snow clearing. Parking lot was a messy and slippery. I fell while trying to take my luggage.

The room was clean, but it was very hot and dry during our stay. We visited in the winter, and although the AC was initially set to 19°C with the fan on, the room temperature was 24°C on the first night. I woke up with a very dry throat. On the second night, I turned off the fan and set the heat to 18°C, but the room was still 23.5°C the next morning and remained quite dry. Unfortunately, there are no windows that can be opened for fresh air.

I want to start off on a good note - the hotel staff is wonderful. Amazing people. They’ll accommodate you any way they possibly can. With that being said - I booked the hotel months in advance for the Valentine’s Day weekend, so I could have a romantic vacation with my partner. They had a kids hockey team stay there the same weekend. We were put in a joining room (a room with a door connected to another) with a VERY LOUD family and a constantly crying and screaming child. So much for a romantic valentines getaway.

The room we stayed in was quite small. Missing hot water kettle or iron / steamer for clothes out of the bag.

My husband and I booked two nights at this location, during which time the hotel was quite full. We were booked into a room which shared the floor with a junior hockey team; due to the high level of noise and activity in the hallways, we were upset and requested to be moved to a different floor. The staff were very accomodating and understanding, and moved us to another floor with minimum fuss. Staff checked in regularly to make we sure we weren't encountering any other disruptions, and the rest of our stay was nice and quiet. The young man at the front desk really exemplified excellent customer service. The breakfast is pretty good - egg frittata, sausage patties, pancakes, fresh fruit and the like. Beds were comfy, room was clean, and Chromecast worked without a problem. Check-in and check-out was quick and simple. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

Well I paid a little more than usual and ratings were high so maybe expectations were a little too high as it is still a 3 star. The room was nice and clean beds pretty comfortable but just not sure it was worth it yet. We will try another one in this area next time and compare

Staff was lovely. The hotel was quiet even though there was a hockey tournament in town. The room was clean and comfortable and we plan to stay again when we return in June. Thanks for a great stay!

It's our "go-to" hotel for college drop off and pickup weekends. Rooms are clean, spacious, staff friendly.

The room was great, but the breakfast area was too crowded and always running out of stuff.

Wow- just wow!! All staff are incredibly kind, personable and beyond helpful. The cleaning staff takes pride in their work and always seemed to be available . Breakfast was a pretty great selection and quality options too. Thank you for making my first stay memorable.
