Liked that there was a sectional in the room and the room was spacious

Beautiful hotel, great service and what to say about the breakfast. We were there 2 nights and both mornings the breakfast was different (eggs, waffles, sausage, bacon..... everything was yummy)

The entrance is right off the ramp of the highway. So be careful coming off

Excellent 2 night stay at this hotel. Staff at check in were very friendly and helpful. Rooms are very spacious and clean and have big bathrooms as well. Only complaint is that the beds and pillows are very soft, felt like I was sinking in the bed. Didn’t use the pool as it was quite busy but it looked nice. Breakfast was excellent and always topped up. Free coffee and water available in the lobby as well which was a nice touch. About a 10 minutes drive to the Canadian Tire Centre and Tanger Outlets which was the purpose of our trip. Would highly recommend!

Hotel seemed on the newer side and room was clean and quiet. Great view from the 6th floor. Lots of parking which was included. My family also really enjoyed the breakfast. We will be back I'm sure.

Loved that we were able to get food in the hotel up until 10:30pm. Beds were comfortable. We had a room 2 beds and a pull out sofa and we had enough space for a family of 4. Staff was so friendly and accommodating. They service took the experience to the next level. I have stayed in some high end hotels and the service wasn't at this level. Even the housekeeping were pleasant. We were disappointed with the pool. It was dirty. I didn't need to beg my kids to get out of the pool. They were out in less than 15mins.

Everything was great except the grumpy employee in the pool area that kept grumpily telling everyone that came into the pool area that they had to shower before going in the pool like we were children.

Only complaint would be the shower was leaking, even though the doors were properly closed. Otherwise it was 10 out of 10. Feel free to send me coupon code…we would love to stay again.
