We had a great visit here and would definitely come back for a stay. The hotel was clean and in a great location. The staff was very helpful as well.

This hotel is oceanfront and has access to multiple restaurants within walking distance-We absolutely loved our first vacation for the week in Myrtle beach

It would’ve been nice to know that the hotel was under construction and the pier next to it was where they were working at 7 AM in the morning not a great idea for a vacation

Room was updated and clean. Construction was being done on the bottom parking area , and the dust was everywhere.

The facility was just fine. The staff was really nice. Our room had a terrible reheated takeout food smell the entire time we were there. They were doing work on the valet area so loading and unloading your car was a bit of a hassle also because of the construction in the valet area, part of the pool was blocked off there were other pools so it was fine But they covered pool and the hot tub were disgusting. The “lazy river“ had someone’s chicken dinner floating around one of the nights we were there.

The property was nice with great amenities but the rooms are very dated. Not a great value for price. Could use a renovation. Great view of ocean.

The property was beautiful! I loved the decor and the hardwood flooring. I hate hotels with carpet! The thought alone just makes me cringe, especially at a beach. The staff is amazing & although I didn’t get ocean “FRONT” I still enjoyed the view from the ocean “VIEW” room.

Breathtaking view from room 805! The 2 bedroom layout was divided to perfection. You couldn’t hear or see anyone on the other end unless you met in the dining area. Great space for cooking as well! I was able to get my work done on the long balcony with a lot of space . The ocean is about 100ft from the room. The staff was very friendly. Parking - they had construction would be my only negative so you waited a longer time to get your vehicle. Overall A rating and yes I will go back!

Very clean with lots of space

Some of the Valet employees are not nice they help the people that they see will get more tips. My ocean view was not good with the open dumpster full of garbage. No late check out.

Noisy. Uncomfortable bed. Uncaring staff

It's a little run down for the price.

Got in late to find the shower overflows into the floor. Pulled the covers back and blankets where dirty and something was soiled into the mattress cover.

It was a great environment. Only thing that could’ve made it better was having more options for tv channels

Everything about this property was excellent. The staff was always pleasant and courteous. The atmosphere was quiet. The Awakening Spa provided the icing on the cake.

Only one receptionist(Janna) was very professional. Others were yelling and didn’t know what the customer needed and didn’t want to help. Looks ok, but kitchen stuffs had to clean to use. Draper and faucet was broken. Parking garage is not safe and dirty. Very noisy during the evening. Not recommended.

This hotel was in a great location. Room was great with oceanfront view. Some of the staff was very friendly. Room could have been a little bit cleaner but overall it’s a nice hotel.
