Everything was great, except. Breakfast ended at 9:15am instead of the time listed. All items were empty at that time and didn't get refilled.

The staff was very friendly! Room was very clean and modern. Everything was perfect except we could her people walking above us on the next floor. Breakfast was very good as well. Over all I would definitely stay here again!

The property was SPOTLESS!! The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was wonderful, and our stay was great. We even extended our stay an extra night. If we are ever in the area again, we will definitely stay here again. 10/10 highly recommend!!

The accessible suite we had was clean, quiet and very comfortable. Breakfast was good with different options on different days. We were visiting Columbus Zoo and the 10-minute drive was very easy and pleasant. When we are planning another trip to Columbus, we will be staying there again.

Overall great experience at this hotel. Only complaint is that housekeeping left our room door open one day while we were out and we had our medications, money, etc in our rooms which could have been compromised. Other than that, great time. Clean rooms, good breakfast and friendly staff. Excellent location.

The person that checked us in was super friendly and answered all of my questions. The room was clean and comfortable.

I’ve had problems with my tax exempt status being reflected on my bill twice despite providing the proper documents.

Checked in on Wednesday .. the guy that checked us in had me slid my card twice to pay because he said it didn’t go threw the first time .. the second time he said it went threw and he gave us the room keys and said we were all set .. I double checked with him that the payment went through .. he said yes .. we were the 4 nights .. we actually left a day early .. we we’re going be there from Wednesday to Monday .. we checked out Sunday morning .. Saturday night I told the woman we were leaving Sunday instead of Monday .. and I told her there was confusion at check in and asked her to pull up my reservation to make sure everything was payed for .. I asked her 3 times .. her exact words were yes .. everything is put threw and payed for .. everything went throw with no problem .. I even asked twice Sunday morning when we were walking out again to make sure because I live 7 hours away .. and I was once again told everything was good .. and I was charged .. Monday they called me after I was already home and told me they made a mistake and I was not charged and that if I didn’t pay they were calling the police .. I got multiple alerts from my bank that I was charged .. and then they tried charging me twice .. so now my account is locked and I have no access to anything for a week now .. thankfully I was able to stop the 2nd charge …. will never stay here again .. be careful because they will definitely try to double charge you for your stay

When i booked the room it advertised there was a sleeper sofa in the room which we didnt get have. The carpets in hallway and room definitely need to be cleaned if not replaced. The chair in our room needs to.be cleanead or replaced. We were surprised with the full breakfast. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Ada accessible king. Room was amazingly clean and had plenty of essentials in the kitchen. Only downfall was the bed. Verrrrrry old and broken. Mattress sides was completely broken down. Upon check out , was brought to attention of attendant, and nothing. Arrived at 10pm, and was just hoping to sleep. Didn't happen.

They had an outdoor fire pit and grills to use.

3 night stay: This is not a negative review despite the issues noted below (but there are a few things that could be improved). Beautiful hotel (what we saw/used). Room/suite was clean upon arrival (except for dishes in kitchen which I washed before using after I spent ~30 minutes trying to clean all the sludge out of the dishwasher’s filter). No housekeeping staff ever entered our suite so all of our trash cans & the recycle bin were full to overflowing when we checked out. We had to go to front desk to request more toilet paper, bar soap for hand washing and dishwasher pods. For convenience & as a just in case, we bought TP at Walmart. Absolutely loved the minimal entry/threshold shower (we bought a shower mat for comfort and safety). Loved having separate thermostats for bedroom and living space. Friendly FYI: the couch/fold out bed combo is incredibly uncomfortable in either configuration. With all that said, believe it or not, I/we still liked the venue and would consider staying there again (despite the couch, if we didn’t need the fold out bed and hoping for clean dishes and housekeeping service). Thanks!
