No drinking water or snacks for sale

Estuve en dos ocasiones en este establecimiento y en los dos cuartos un lado de la cama estaba hundido y las almohadas ya viejas y feas. Además que en una de las ocasiones no hubo internet en el cuarto.

No me gustó que avisé llegaríamos tarde y al llegar no estaba configurada la tarjeta de acceso a la habitación, la señorita de recepción no mostraba iniciativa de buscar otra opción para resolver los situación y se me ocurrió pedirle la llave maestra, pero no me la entregó, solo abrió la habitación, entonces afectó la privacidad, la ropa de cama estaba ligeramente con polvo, lo cual podría mejorar. La ubicación que muestra la aplicación de Hoteles.com no coincide con el edificio, no sé si se deba a falta de actualización mediante Google Maps.

El lugar limpios y bien pero el colchón no estaba cómodo

Nos encantó lo céntrica que está! Todo súper limpio, espacioso! La alberca muy linda y espaciosa. Súper cerca del centro, de la quinta avenida y hay un walmart a una calle! Definitivamente nos volveremos a hospedar ahí!

Check in was seamless, the unit was just as pictured. It was clean, safe and secure. The pool area was great to hang out and chill. The stay was nice, and helpful. The location is great if you are using the ADO. A short walk from everything you want to do! I highly recommend staying here.

Good value for the money.

Air conditioner dumped condensation on my head/ pillow in the middle of the night and front desk said it was my fault for turning air down and did nothing about my bed being soaking wet at 1 am. No where else to sleep but the tile floor! Finally shift changed and the we called again new front desk clerk gave us a different room for the night until ours was fixed. Then my husband was walking across the park and a police officer told him he was under arrest for having a beer in his hand( it was not open) but proceeded to empty my husband s pockets and took all his money and then asked him if he was enjoying the beach? He didn’t know what to do so he just walked away, no money for the pizza he was on his way to get though!! But thankfully he wasn’t really under arrest, scary stuff!!

exceeded my expectations for convenience, quiet, cleanliness, suite amenities & comfort 24 hr front desk staff with secure entrance fully equipped kitchen, very clean and modern bathroom My only regret is not having more days to enjoy the location and amenities.
