I love staying at this Springhill Suites because the beds are comfortable and I always sleep well. The times I have stayed, it has been quiet. I also like that I can stream from my Netflix account with the way the TV is set up. Right now, Springhill is my go to hotel in Ames for the price and the comfort.

In town for a college visit. Clean & quiet. The rooms were nice, but did not like the light situation where you had to leave key in slot for lights to stay on. Breakfast was great.

This is a beautiful hotel. The rooms are on par with a luxury hotel.

I stayed on the first floor and when anyone in the three floors above me flushed the toilet there was a very loud gush sound that woke me all night long. It sounded like someone was throwing a bucket of ice water down a pipe and it was very distracting to my sleep. Otherwise the room was clean.

Quiet with comfortable rooms. Simple good breakfast with easy in and out. Staff was friendly!

We stayed here for a gymnastics meet. Checking in was seamless the front lady staff was very friendly. The hotel was nice and clean. Our room was large, comfortable and very clean. The pool was extremal small, however it ws clean also. They do allow pets and across the hall we had a dog that barked regularly.

Staff was friendly and always available for any needs, questions or concerns!! Definitely a hotel to stay at again!! Beds were comfortable and room was extremely clean and updated!
