Surprise "mandatory" amenity fee at $25/night and a noticeable mold scent in my room. Also, no room service.

After paying for the cost of the room online. I was told at check in that a deposit of more than the cost of the room was required for the stay. Eventually refunded, such an exorbitant cost was upsetting.

The property has a great sense of home away from home and the employees are excellent.

Every single employee made you feel welcome . The greeted you every day , smiled and said hello . The girls at the ftont desk were amazing . I will be back for sure !!

This resort was A1, the staff very friendly , room right on the beach , lots is eateries within walking distance i highly recommend Juliette Bistro for Breakfast , Lunch and dinner i ate there everyday during my stay and if you find Fritays you are going to absolutely love it

An excellent hotel located directly at the beach. The hotel has everything you need, whether you're on a business trip or vacation, and it is suitable for people of all ages. The staff was absolutely superb from the moment I checked in till I checked out. All of them were helpful and polite, and I definitely recommend this hotel to others. It is clearly a 10 from me.

First time in St. Maarten and we chose the right location for the Dutch side. Right on the bay beach, nice pool overlooking the Ocean. It’s more of a Time-share clientele and no daily room service. We got the breakfast package which you didn’t. There is a supermarket up the block and a ton of restaurants within walking distance. We rented a car which was cheap. The roads are not perfect. We are in Orient Bay to check out the French resort experience.
