This place is too small for 5 people. We did indicate 4 adult and 1 teenager when booking. The 3 beds looked like their twin beds and very narrow for 2 people. The toilet kinda reeked of urine initally as well when we first arrived. I did not complain because of not wanting the hassle of someone coming to clean it when it should have been thoroughly cleaned before our arrival. The area is quiet and a little far from attractions but it was as advertised so this was fine. The most was really the beds which are too small for 3 people and are very lumpy (I think new mattresses are needed).

This property, even a little small for American standards, offers all the needed amenities. Very convenient location near two subway stations, convenient store and local restaurants. Property has wifi, washing machine, hair drier, fridge, microwave and basically all that you could need to have a confortable time. Check-in and check-out were hassle free. Beware that there is no staff on reception and checking time will be honored by the rule. Can't arrive earlier. I feel is a great property to stay and enjoy Tokyo

Venus en famille à Tokyo pour quelques jours, nous avons trouvé un appartement très propre et fonctionnel. L'immeuble est bien placé, à quelques minutes de marche de stations de métro et d'arrêts de bus. Rien à redire, clim', machines à laver, frigo, tout était au top.

For our stay in Tokyo it was perfect. Loved the area.

Our family of 5 stayed here. It worked for us. Granted, 2 of our children had to share a bed. And the beds are not wide. They're like a small double. Definitely not a queen size bed. But, other than that, everything was perfect.

The place was clean but very tiny. The mattresses needs to be replaced. It was so worn out that every time we move it creaks and wake us up. The bed is full size. Too small for a couple of American size. Maybe Japanese will be fine. The dining chairs are 2 stools and 2 reg chairs. I would not recommend it For 4 people stay. Maybe 2 people.

入住第二日發現房間冷氣機有異常，不停發生聲響。即時與職員溝通，職員不停叫我們打開窗及風扇就涼快。但我們三番四次表示不是溫度問題，而是聲音嘈吵。提出可否換房間遭到拒絕。幾晚都不太熟睡，太大聲音，所有人都感到非常困擾及失望。 另外，介意房間窗外對住墓地、石碑的人要慎重考慮。

The apartment location was good. Rooms were spacious. Comfy beds. The checking in and out system is not easy. Also the time of checking in at 4 pm is late and as we arrive in Japan in the late morning, we asked to drop our luggage earlier instead of hoing around the city with those but not they did not gives a chance. Instead we were asked to be understanding via email as the room had a damage on the wall coused by the previous guest. A believe that understanding and courtesy, should be reciprocal. Also another point is that in the room with the single bed, there is

Overall a nice clean place. Dining options is low and a short walk to the nearest subway. Location is further out from touristy locations. Will need to catch at least a 15-20 min train ride to tourist/shopping locations.

Stayed here with my family of 5. Excellent location - away from Tokyo’s busyness but central to every attraction. The communication was seamless and the check in and out process contactless with ease. We highly recommend this property and will always choose here for future visits.

It was a very comfortable, clean and pleasant place to stay. We were a family of 3 there for 5 nights and absolutely loved it. Would definitely stay there again.

이번에 가족들과 휴가로 묵었는데 일단 숙소가 일본 호텔들과 달리 넓어서 좋습니다. 게다가 침대 3개, 간단한 조리기구, 청결도 등 전반적으로 만족했습니다. 다음에 도쿄 여행오면 또 예약하고 싶네요.

The location is a bit far from the central tokyo but super accessible by jumping on a train or bus. The staff was very responsive and was able to provide a replacement water kettle. The hotel is close to a cemetery and temple. It is common in japan as the city is very crowded. Overall very spacious and clean.
