Bed and pillows are not comfy

The rail tracks direcrtly outside are incredibly noisy from 4am to midnight. There is clearly no sound proofing. The balcony door didnt lock. Awful bedding, the pillows were as flimsy as ricepaper rolls and blanket smelled like a sweaty teenage boy had been sleeping there for years without washing. Would NOT recommend this apartment!

Nice and comfortable apartment space with a view towards the Ocean. Well equipped to be able to look after yourself in terms of cooking facilities. Would be great if there was some more service and information around eating options that wlare close by and good. I also think 10am checkout could be improved upon along.

Great location for public transport. Shame there is no parking available as parking locally is a real hassle.

The apartment is in a great location, it was neat and tidy. The pool and spa was fantastic for the kids, gym was fabulous. We had a brilliant stay.

Beautiful spacious apartment, gorgeous view over the city, perfect position to catch the free trams and short walk over the river to the Crown and DFO. Just stunning!

Likes: Great views, central location, laundry in suite a plus, clean and well equipped with utensils. Dislikes: Stained mattress cover, master bed okay not great, batteries dead In both TV remote and AC controller remote. Limited availability time and Long distance between check in location and property. Lack of viable luggage storage pre-post check out.

We were very impressed with the building and amenities especially with the indoor pool. The apartment was very modern and well appointed. The door to the bathroom would not stay closed. The main annoyance was the large deposit needed for the key (and damage cover). It was a special shaped metal style key and not a card like regularly used. The deposit was $500! And if you lost the key you would lose the whole deposit. Give me a plastic card anytime.

Poor communication, apartment very small and super noisy. Will never stay there again.

What a fantastic location, amazing view. Close to everything and easy to get to. Clean and neat with everything we needed.

We were on the 38th floor in a two bedroom two bathroom apartment with ocean views. The views were amazing with all that we needed in the apartment. Communicate was great via text and easy check in and check out. Tram stop right out front and easy walk to station, casino & eateries, supermarket. Access to the great facilities with pool, large spa, sauna, steam room and gym. Would definitely stay again with Orange stays at Melbourne Quarters Flinders St

We had a good view of the city. The apartment was spacious and clean. Check in and check out went very well. Overall an enjoyable stay
