Great location to explore

Muy agradable a la vista y con buen servicio del personal y buen desayuno. Al centro de la ciudad y a la Catedral se hacen 15 minutos caminado y a 10 minutos la estación de tren.

Clean room providing all that you need other than an iron. Not much space to work but plenty of space on ground floor.

Useful base and staff helpful - getting a parking space a bit hit and miss. Good distance from city centre

Handy location Room had everything we needed

Very comfortable room with everything you’d need. The room doesn’t have a fridge. Really lovely shower. Staff were very welcoming and helpful with any queries. Car parking is a bit frustrating I’m disabled and they were quite far away or if you could get a space the car needs to be moved quite early.

Good spot by the canal, ideal if arriving by train. Good sized bar, most staff smile. If doing Luce Rooms gig then this is spot on, a couple of non descript modern pubs close by but if you head to the 'estate' just above station there are a couple real crackers hidden away here. Walk into town would be 15 mins tops. Modern hotel, nice

Brilliant place to stay, very clean and close to city centre.

Very helpful, friendly staff. Room spotlessly clean and well stocked. Breakfast was self service and excellent selection. Would recommend this hotel to anybody who wants to stay in Chester.

Was was immaculate, bed super comfy, shower was one of the best I have ever used. Only 2 down points, not enough storage space for clothing and only 4 hangers and also no minifridge and that was desperately needed while the weather was so warm. Can't wait to come again and spend some more time there.

The staff where very friendly and welcoming. Hotel was clean, and comfortable, bar lovely and rooms had everything you need. Was close to town and lively walk by the canal.

Perfect for what we wanted - a centrally located place to explore the city. It was very busy as racing was on and the staff worked hard trying to fulfil everybody’s needs.

Stayed just for one night with my 2 teenage sons whilst they visited 'The Live Rooms'. I stayed in the room and was pleasantly surprised at how big the room was. Basically it was 2 rooms in one. I'm usually a girl that if I get 6hrs sleep thats amazing, but here I slept over 9HOURS!! The bed/pillows are that comfy. If I get the chance to visit chester again I wouldn't hesitate staying here.

Lovely hotel. Rooms clean with plenty of space. Staff really helpful and friendly. Would definitely return when visiting chester.
