Staff was great, great food options, great location, great views

General feel is very good, great service. Only issue is thatcell signal is really bad

Great property and staff!

Property was within walking distance to concert venue so major + for that. Staff was friendly but wanted to charge me for an extra room that I accidentally booked. It was eventually corrected but the original staff person was a little rude. Also for a place that’s this upscale you’d expect free wifi but no. They charge you $12 a day.

By far the best hotel in Tampa to stay at!! We love staying here every chance we can get! Thank you to the staff for making it even more spectacular during our stay for our daughter’s birthday weekend!! Can’t wait to come back!!

It was awesome we did the water taxis and the trolley right out of the front door just a little walk across the street. Although it was raining on our first night we had a great time in the downstairs bar with a great musician playing. Recommend the charcuterie board and cocktails. Next day was water day and evening trolley. Great time Service was incredible all staff was friendly and accommodating

Good place but BEWARE when they offer and say they will give you “$30 food credit/day” if you spend that much or more in their hotel. They literally lied to us. We ate their 7/7 days and NEVER received anything after submitting our receipts. We given some crazy ridiculous excuse. :( TERRIBLE…we could have eaten at the surrounding wonderful restaurants.

I enjoyed my stay! The soaking tub was a relaxing highlight, and the room size was excellent—very spacious. The floor-to-ceiling windows offered a stunning view of the pool, enhancing the peaceful ambiance. Would stay again!
