Super convenient and clean.

The property was beautiful and clean. The safe were kind and helpful. The location was the best part for us. Very convenient with dining and shopping right around the corner.

I booked a hotel state at the element tampo hotel for Christmas. For my family and I, it was from 12/24/2024 checking out 12/27/2024. We checked in late on the 24th and went to bed. When we woke up, we realized that we slept in bedding, that had feces in it. My wife and I were really disgusted. Especially when we were with our five year old and our two month old baby. We called customer service as soon as possible. Uh, to talk to management about it, and they told us that they had no idea where management was. We tried reaching them throughout the whole stay from the 24th to the 27th. We never received the callback from management to talk about the situation. When we talk to the employees, they said that they had no idea why management never showed up. Especially for the Christmas week. And it was obvious that management was avoiding me. I need someone to reach out to me to get this result. It has been now over two months, and no one has reached out to me.Even though they have my information.

Very nice hotel directly across the street from an awesome cluster of restaurants & shopping! Loved the area it was in!

The hotel was clean and comfortable, but the noise from the fitness studio downstairs was annoying, and started around 6am. This likely only applies to rooms on the second floor, I would imagine the other floors were fine

I contacted the hotel because our flight was delayed confirming that they would hold our room. The room was important because it had accommodations for 5 adults. When we arrived at midnight we could not find the lobby or guest services. When we finally did find it, there were two people operating desks for two different hotel brands and they kept going back and forth between the desks making it confusing. When we get to our room and discover that they did not hold our room and now we have beds for 4 people. When I asked about changing rooms they said they were out and could bring us an air mattress. Mind you I’ve paid extra for 5. So instead of enjoying a suite we were being told to sleep on a blow up mattress!?! We were not compensated for anything and it took them until after 2am to bring us the mattress. BTW - the mattress leaked so bad that our travel woke up on the floor anyway. Just terrible.

Great property, only downfall is the parking. ONLY parking is valet. There should be another option of parking in the area as big as the shopping area is

Best place to stay in Midtown!

It wasn’t clear about the parking fees. Surprised me when they say the parking costs 40 dollars per day mandatory.

Mandatory 45 dollar valet. Poor service. Very basic room. Not worth the money.
