깨끗하고 방음잘되고 위치 좋아요

한옥마을과 바로 옆에 있는 깨끗한 숙소입니다.

I stayed 2 nights here and was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Back in North America, Best Western feels to be of a lower quality/standard, so it was a nice surprise. The location is about 25m by bus away from Jeonju KTX station but only a 15m walk to the hanok village area. There's also a convenience store right across the street that many guests frequented. The staff were very friendly and the room was quite big and spacious. The bathroom and rain shower was also very nice. The bed was big and I slept well. The only negative, if any, is that they're very strict with check-in times in Asia. Don't expect to be able to get the room before 3pm - unless you pay for it. Anyway, I would recommend this hotel if you're staying in Jeonju! Very nice for a reasonable price.

깔끔하고 좋아요 한옥마을에서는 좀 걸어야됩니다

Goed hotel vlakbij het mooie centrum van deze stad. Kussen iets te dik maar verder perfect!

커넥팅룸 이용했는데, 전반적인 룸 청소상태 깨끗하고 화장실 샤워실, 수전 등도 거의 새것이었어요. 냉장고 물도 매일 새로 준비해주었고 작은 씽크대도 있어서 편리했어요.

아늑하고 친절했습니다.

전주근처에 올 일이 있으면 반드시 여기서 숙박합니다. 방도 좋고 침대도 훌륭하고 직원들도 훌륭하십니다.

한옥마을과. 좀 떨어져있네요. 상비약 없는 호텔은 처음ㅜㅜ 그거빼곤 괜찮았어요.

Great location and clean facilities

무난했던 것 같아요. 수영장이 있다고 했는데, 유아용 수영장이어서 온라인상 안내를 좀 더 정확히 잘 해야겠어요.

좋은 위치에 적당한 가격의 호텔입니다

조식 훌륭합니다. amenity 관련 최소한 머리빗 정도는 비치했으면 합니다. 휴대전화 충전기 예치금 만원은 좀 너무한 처사 같습니다.

짐이 엉망, 직원 친절도 엉망

There was no airconditoning at all during our stay. We called the front desk and all they kept saying was "there is only heating". The temperature was in the 70s during our stay and the room got hot and smelly. There were 2 TVs in our suite and neither of them worked.

창밖에서 들리는 소음이 전혀 차단이 안되서 너무 힘들었어요 이정도로 소음차단이 안되는 호텔은 처음이네요

싱크대에서 냄새가 많이나고 수건을 투숙객 인원에 맞지않게 배치함..

It was raining when we got to hotel and the lobby was full of people waiting for their room to be ready. There was barely enough chairs to sit. Our room was not ready until 2:30. I thought the hotel could have done a better job to get the rooms ready sooner.

Foreigner friendly hotel. Rooms, lobby, and amenities are clean. Walking distance to shops etc
