I have mixed feelings about this hotel. I made a wrong booking in terms of the dates and immediately reached out to Expedia to correct it. One of the 2 rooms I booked should be 1 night less and the other room should be 1 night more. Both Expedia and myself were not able to get any response from the hotel despite our constant effort and it was only half resolved (on 1 of the room bookings and not both), after I escalated this matter to their senior management. It had been quite a nightmare trying to coordinate this with the hotel and Expedia and the hotel just went radio silent when I tried to follow up. So be warned this hotel does not reply to any messages via Expedia nor their hotel support email address, which is appalling for such a reputable chain.
