Nicely designed rooms and great spa area

All amazing except the restaurant service Brenda was particularly helpful

the hotel is new and modern. The room is super confortable. We were disappointed by the service for a 5 star hotel. They seem to be totally understaffed. We had to wait more than 1hour to get our breakfast order

The room was lovely and the service and people were exceptional. Service with a smile. The fine dinner i’d organised was amazingly executed. I would recommend staying at the property. The SPA could be better as the temp of water wasn’t good enough plus the SPA set up didn’t quite work between the pool, steam and sauna.overall good

Whilst we appreciate the “high touch” service of the hotel staff upon checkin, it would enhance the experience if the level of interaction with the staff could be tailored and chosen by guest as part of the booking request For example, we had been travelling extensively prior to our stay, and at checkin, we just wanted to get to our room to relax - so whilst the hotel staff were great with our luggage and the reception took us walked us to our room and showed us the features to our room, we really just wanted to rest, but felt impolite to decline.

Fantastic service from the moment we arrived. Aurora took the time to show us to our room and explain all the features. Breakfast and dinner were delicious. Highly recommend!

This is a nice place, but really a large and rather impersonal hotel. Not my choice for a mountain trip. Too big and dining room was loud.

This hotel was absolutely wonderful and made our trip to Engleberg so worth the detour we took to go there. The staff was excellent with the most note worthy service being provided by Freya and Lazio. We stayed in the Epoque room which was one of the loveliest beautifully appointed rooms with rounded windows but modern Scandinavian style furniture and a gorgeous up to date bathroom! And the bed was extremely comfortable. We had an outstanding experience and highly recommend this property.

From the moment we arrived at Kempinski Palace Engelberg, we were completely enchanted. The hotel is the perfect blend of Swiss alpine charm and world-class luxury. Every detail — from the breathtaking mountain views to the elegant interiors — speaks of thoughtful design and impeccable hospitality. The staff were incredibly welcoming, professional, and always ready to assist with a warm smile. The concierge and front desk went above and beyond to make our stay seamless and enjoyable. Our room was spacious, beautifully furnished, and offered stunning panoramic views of the surrounding mountains. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and every evening felt like a retreat into calm and comfort. The rooftop infinity pool and spa were a highlight — simply magical. Soaking in the heated pool while gazing at the snow-capped peaks is an unforgettable experience. The breakfast buffet was another star of the stay: rich, varied, and full of fresh and local ingredients. The dining options were also superb, with a refined menu and elegant ambiance. Everything about this hotel exceeded expectations — from the luxurious amenities to the peaceful atmosphere and flawless service. 💬 Highly recommended for anyone looking for a serene and sophisticated Swiss escape.
