Eines der schönsten Hotels, in denen wir waren. Der Empfang war herzlich und professionell. Die Zimmer (wir hatten eine Suite mit Meerblick) war traumhaft, extrem gut ausgestattet. Ubsere Suite hatte Lounge-Zugang, auch dies war perfekt. Yoga, das angeboten wurde, haben wir genutzt, auch das überzeugte uns. Die Qualität der Speisen war auch äußerst gut und das Service in allen Bereichen sehr zuvorkommend. Der Strandbereich gefiel uns auch sehr gut, ebenso wie der Poolbereich.

Staff were super attentive and helpful. Thank you to Muriel at Reception, Deepak and Edwin in the Premium Lounge and Rung at the Talise spa. Room was spacious and everything refilled every day. We've stayed at a few 5 star hotels, this is among the best.

Our experience at the hotel was absolutely fantastic. The staff’s warmth and hospitality, the elegance of the property, and the serene atmosphere of each space made our stay truly memorable. Every detail was thoughtfully designed with quality in mind. The breakfast offered a wonderful variety and exceeded our expectations. We will certainly return to Oman and choose this property again for our stay.

We had a great time at this hotel! They have thought of everything! The checking to the turndown service and little gifts to the little snacks at the pool throughout the day such as ice cream and lemonade. Everything is so close the pool and beach were amazing and probably the best sea I've swam in! The dining options were limited and we would have preferred more options on the menu! It's also pretty pricey but luxury! Checkout was perfect and Sumnina was great! All the other staff were also super friendly and can't fault the attention to service in restaurants poolside and also room cleaning

The most beautiful resort, so quiet and kept immaculately clean. The views are breathtaking and the beach is wonderful, would highly recommend.

Das Hotel war durchgehend sehr sauber – sowohl die Zimmer als auch die gesamte Anlage wurden offensichtlich regelmäßig und gründlich gereinigt. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das Personal: durchweg freundlich, hilfsbereit und aufmerksam, ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Die Anlage selbst ist gepflegt und schön gestaltet, was den Aufenthalt zusätzlich aufwertet. Das Bett war ausgesprochen bequem – definitiv eines der Highlights. Man merkt, dass hier Wert auf Schlafkomfort gelegt wird. Auch der Zimmerservice war zuverlässig und unauffällig effizient. Insgesamt ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt mit hervorragendem Service und hoher Sauberkeit. Klare Weiterempfehlung.

Beautiful country and really nice convenient resort. The staff was Amazing, professional and very helpful! The only downside is that there was nothing much to do at night in the resort, but other than that if you want a peaceful relaxing place vacation. The local omani people were really hospitable and lovely! Will definitely visit again. We recommend the resort and the country!

This was my fourth visit. Amazing Team, from check in, housekeeping, breakfast, dinner and beach service all top notch. Everyone works together hand in hand almost like a big family. Very clean and excellent food quality. Will be back in 2 weeks. You can see management are doing their quality checks regularly.

Abbiamo trascorso alcuni giorni indimenticabili al Jumeirah Muscat Bay, e non potremmo esserne più entusiasti! Fin dal nostro arrivo siamo stati accolti da un personale gentilissimo, attento e sempre sorridente, che ha reso il nostro soggiorno davvero speciale. La pulizia dell’intera struttura è impeccabile: camere, aree comuni e spazi esterni sono sempre perfettamente curati, un vero piacere per chi ama l’ordine e l’eleganza. Il servizio è di livello altissimo, ogni dettaglio è pensato per coccolare l’ospite e farlo sentire a casa, ma con tutte le attenzioni di un resort di lusso. I ristoranti sono eccellenti, con una varietà di proposte gastronomiche che spaziano dai piatti locali a quelli internazionali, sempre preparati con ingredienti freschi e di qualità. Anche la colazione è ricca, varia e servita in una location spettacolare. Infine, il punto mare è meraviglioso: acque cristalline, panorama mozzafiato e totale relax, il luogo perfetto per ricaricarsi. In sintesi, un’esperienza straordinaria sotto ogni punto di vista. Non vediamo l’ora di tornare!

Cadre parfait pour se reposer. Luxe sobre. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel à 30min de l'aeroport de Mascate et niché dans une baie entourée de rocher avec une plage splendide. Le personnel de la reception, du restaurant, de la salle de sport, l'equipe housekeeping et le personnel dedié aux exterieurs piscines et plage est très orienté service. Ils étaient parfaits et très accueillants. Chambre spacieuse, buffet du restaurant délicieux, eau à volonté dans les chambres, à la plage et au restaurant ce qui est appreciable lorsqu'il fait très chaud. Je reviendrai ! La chaine d'hôtel JUMEIRAH est la meilleure que j'ai faite.
