I am not sure what went wrong. I booked the hotels in Feb. for 3 executive suite and in the day of check-in 1. Hotel said that there is no booking record 2. After contacting Hotels. com Cust Sve- hotel too resend the booking,, then Lemon tree said they have record but can only provide 2 rooms I/o 3 rooms as they don’t have enough executive suite 3. I book for my friends, and they will pay their own bills, wheras I receive two hotels bills from Hotel.com; If you asked what experience I have-I could only said ‘terrible’ “terrible’ ‘Not Reliable’.
