This was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. The pin pad entry made me feel incredibly safe. The staff was informative and very friendly. I chose a small room, but the layout and lighting made it feel bigger. The bed, linens, towels and amenities were fantastic. They offer hot, cold and room temperature filtered water at a station on every floor, where you can also refill some basics you may run low on. There were tons of restaurants and shops in the area immediately around the hotel. Public transit options were very close as well. Several tourist attractions were an easy twenty minute walk away, including Pike Place Market. I would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone wanting an elevated, yet affordable place to stay in Seattle.

Bed and pillows comfortable. Excellent Ice cream shop on the corner. We only received 1 towel for two adults over 4 days, but recd more after I reached out. Parking was difficult to find. Would stay again.

This place was so super nice! Just FYI if your room is on an upper floor. There is no elevator. You have to go up the stairs. Super clean, nice neighborhood with lots of amazing places to eat. Public transport is easy to get to, kitty cafe is super close. There was an impromptu concert at the park when we went. There is even an art supply shop in easy walking distance! I will definitely come back solo or if I have a romantic partner. My daughter didn't like the glass shower in the room lol.

Convenient location, although there are moments of feeling unsafe outside. No elevator, stairs only.

First time checking into a property without on-site staff, went really well! IMPORTANT: Make sure pre check-in is completed in advance, requires a few extra steps that you probably won't want to do at the front door. Property is clean and quiet, great proximity to public transit and local activities. The entrance is on a smaller street with low lighting, so exercise caution at night (as you would in any large city). Excellent price. Would come here again for sure

There is no elevator but room was nice.

Surrounding area is ok. But neighbors upstairs’ walking loudly.

Did not like the check in process where you needed an access code to enter the property. Had extreme difficulty getting into my account to obtain the code. Finally had to call the help desk. Room was clean and well supplied, but no soundproofing so I could people above walking. Fortunately, there was no excessive noise so I had a pleasant stay.

Room was small but clean and serviceable for a night. No complaints there. However, the air conditioning unit was so loud you need ear plugs to sleep at night. Not ideal.

No staff for check in. Just had the combo to enter the main door and room door. Luggage lockers for storage. Only 2 open for use. 2 broken. The other 4 were already in use.

Good spot if you’re just looking for a hotel to sleep in. It’s in a good location near a lot of places. Very small room, so don’t expect to be hanging out in the room much. Other than that, very clean and bed was very comfortable. There isnt staff there at all times, but when they are they were very helpful and friendly!

so expect them to charge you the full amount of your stay plus a 150 dollar “deposit” at the time of check in. so for one night i have spend about 600 dollars and their customer service chat/phone number is useless. Confused if i’m going to be refunded or not.

This is not a full service hotel. It's also probably not a place to stay with anyone other than a partner as the shower is kind of in the middle of the room. That being said, we loved it. Great location and great room. We would stay here again. My only complaint is I wish there was an elevator.
