10 out of 10. We stayed in nine hotels in France and Spain on our trip and rated this as one of the best. The staff were friendly and super helpful. The rooms are very spacious and retro. Our room seemed to get cleaned instantly after activating the ‘clean me’ button near the front door. The breakfast was simple, tasty and healthy. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

The Expedia description lead us to believe it was pretty much a beachfront property and we were looking forward to a few days on the beach. I understand the description have been updated since but was mentioning a white sand beach 3 minute walk. The 3 minute walk is to the top of the 145 stair steps you need to go down ( and eventually back up) and the beach is definitely brown. My wife has chronic pains and could not access the beach. This being said, the staff and hotel management were understanding and cordial when we shortened our stay and the restaurant food was excellent. The issue was our perception based on the Exoedia description.

Propere kamer en gastvrij ontvangen. Locatie ten opzichte van stad was super, heel rustig maar toch dichtbij. Lobby en restaurant was wat bizar ingedeeld.

Hôtel à 2 pas du Phare de Biarritz, une belle salle à Manger avec vue sur la piscine. Très belle expérience et une équipe aux petits soins.

Beautiful, convenient location in walking distance to everything in Biarritz. Very clean, cool and modern. The staff was truly all smiles and so friendly. We loved our stay here.

The breakfast menu was incredible and the view from our room amazing. The perfect trip to my childhood summer vacation town....

Chambre très spacieuse, mais il manque une TV dans le coin canapé. Petit déjeuner de qualité mais pas assez varié. Accueil au top, personnel très agréable. Bonne situation géographique et au calme. On y reviendra

Superbe experience

O quarto é muito espaçoso e confortável. Os funcionários são prestativos e simpáticos. O ruim, é que é impossível se regular o chuveiro com água quente e fria, a torneira da pia de lavar as mãos é muito baixa, não dá para colocar as mãos embaixo da pia. E o CAFÉ DA MANHÃ, é MUITO RUIM.

O café da manhã precisa melhorar muito. O mini bar no quarto só tem água. A piscina é muito menor do que nas fotos. A qualidade do hotel são os quartos. Espaços e limpos.

Excelente hotel, muy "cool" , moderno bien diseñado, comodo, personal muy amable. Repetiria.

Un hôtel propre, un personnel sympathique, dommage d’avoir été réveillé par les travaux du Régina à côté, des places doubles pour véhicules électriques ou l’on ne peut chargerqu’ un véhicule électrique à la fois. Et énorme surprise sur le tarif non annoncé au moment de la réservation sur hôtel.com à 30 euros la nuit pour un animal de compagnie.

Wonderful hotel, great design and well situated. Welcoming staff and excellent food. Rooms are spacious and quiet. Highly recommend!
