Convenient for me

Staff and service is really great, breakfast was great. Variety of options. however was expecting more luxurious rooms in the price we paid.

Very clean and nice. Close to the city and minutes away from all attractions.

Gym was small and not ventilated and very hot and humid Mattress were not very comfortable Overall staff was hospitable and friendly

I had a disappointing experience at this hotel. The cleanliness in both the rooms and dining area left much to be desired. There was noticeable residue on plates, forks, and tables day after day, and even though the room appeared new, it was not properly cleaned. Additionally, solo travelers or small groups seem to be deprioritized in favor of larger groups and families, which made the overall experience feel less welcoming. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

Everything was great. Hotel can improve on some quality of the breakfast. It was not too bad but it can be improvised

The property os little outside the city but very very helpful. Good hotel with clean rooms and bathroom. The staff is very well trained and helped me very well with the stay of mine with my son of 7 Years. I will definitely recommend it for families.

Should provide adequate internet connection

Our first time in Jaipur, we enjoyed the hospitality, food and use of the hotel car and driver Mr Ram who was very helpful in taking us around.

Excellent hotel, Very welcoming staff, Front desk employee Manju was extremely helpful. The staff working in Buffet area were very nice. Specially Ujjal, Sandhya are few to name.

We checked into two rooms. One room had only a couple of lights working. I had to convince them to switch rooms. The rooms overlook a very busy street and it’s really noisy. Our other room had bugs climbing down the shower wall. I scheduled a driver for the next day, but the staff forgot to call the driver. We were an hour late for our appt. The coriander soup was very good if you need a reason to book this hotel.

Room snacks were not free, that was a bummer.Overall the property location, parking and restaurant services are good.

I think everything about hotel was great, staff food, transportations and overall hospitality.

This is new and clean property and maintianing standard for Hyatt ( similar to USA). I stayed two times so far and plan to stay in future . Location is close to airport. Service and morning breakfast are great too.

Location of assigned room noisy due to located near road. Despite highlighting the problem the day I arrived room was not changed. Limited selection of buffet items at meal times . Lacks hospitality especially in restaurant. Ordered hot chocolate at breakfast in restaurant, 15 minutes later still not delivered. Although I was promised a better service at restaurant today. Service in restaurant definitely needs improvement. Only friendly staff were the housekeeping staff and doormen. Housekeeping job were outstanding in job they did. Reception team need to be more approachable and hospitable. Definitely was not worth the price staying there.
