Tres bon

Wir hatten einen wirklich schönen Aufenthalt – Zimmer, Service und Ausstattung waren top und wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Einziger Wermutstropfen war die Schallisolierung: Das Zimmer war sehr hellhörig, man hat jedes Geräusch vom Flur mitbekommen, was gerade abends etwas störend war. Ansonsten aber ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt, den wir gerne weiterempfehlen.

Ich war sehr positiv über das Hotel überrascht. Sehr schönes Zimmer, sauber und gut gelegen nahe der Messe. Hätte ich so nicht erwartet.

I was in town for work for a week, and had a nice stay. The available breakfast bag was overpriced for what you got, but being able to have something dropped of at my room early so I could get out and moving for 8:30 am meetings was really helpful. Free espresso in the hotel room each morning also came in handy. It's an older building so floors are understandably creaky - I found it charming, but ymmv. My flight arrived late at night and the provided instructions for getting my key and accessing the building worked no problem. I'd stay again.

Everything looked nice but there was quite a bit that didn’t work. The blind in the bathroom is broken so people could see in from the other building, the bed side lamps were not charged, the phone was never answered either calling internally or externally, the pillows were the worst I’ve ever experienced and there was no alternative. Overall it felt very style over substance.

The shower drainage was very slow so it flooded the bathroom but otherwise my stay was great, the staff was very welcoming

Zola is perfectly situated, merely minutes walk from the U-Bahn. Upon arrival the staff were friendly and professional and took the time to thoroughly explain the hotel and functions of the room. Overall a beautiful hotel, all the amenities a guest could want and situated as a perfect base to explore Wien

Tudo ótimo. Boa localização, a poucos passos do metrô. Hotel todo reformado, quarto bem grande e limpo, roupa de cama de qualidade e travesseiros macios. Climatizado. Quartos silenciosos, não ouvia outros hóspedes, máquina da Nespresso com cápsulas para usar.

Of all the hotels I stayed at during my time throughout Europe, this was my favorite experience. I sadly only had time to stay for one night, but it was wonderful. The room was spacious, very clean, packed with amenities and cute touches (the open Émile Zola book when I checked in was such a nice touch!!) The staff was helpful and kind. Great location, out of the hustle and bustle of the city but a quick metro ride away from everything. If I make it back to Vienna, I would love to stay there again!

Um 6:30 starteten Bauarbeiten direkt vor meinem Zimmer, man sollte dieses Zimmer nicht vergeben da unerträglich. Um7:00 verließ ich es fluchtartig

I stayed here for a combination of conference and pleasure. The hotel staff and the pizza bar staff were incredibly helpful and polite. All faculties including the rooms were exceptionally well kept. In "normal" times I would highly recommend the hotel. Unfortunately, construction of a railway immediately outside both side streets started at 630-645 am. I got no sleep unless I went to bed many hours earlier. Which negates the enjoyment of Vienna. Had the hotel posted that there was construction on Expedia I would have never stayed here. I thought this was mandatory to report.

Eher unfreundlich! Sehr laut! Nicht in guten Zustand Fernseher funktioniert nicht! Kein Hilfe von Rezeption! Bitte um ein anderes Zimmer? Abgelehnt! Bin enttäuscht!
