Great place and location!

Stayed here for a surprise trip for my husband’s birthday …had all the kids travel to Portugal and surprise him ! The hotel was so accommodating, friendly and helpful ! Great location ! Easy walking to wonderful restaurants and shops ! Will definitely return!

Décu par ma chambre : manque de clarté, très peu de rangement dans la penderie et salle de bain très réduite et peu fonctionnelle. Dommage pour un 5 étoiles ! On m'a répondu c'est ce que vous avez réservé, c'est le contrat ... En me proposant une chambre de qualité supérieure pour 150€ de plus par nuit...En clair passez votre chemin. C'est effectivement ce que j'avais réservé mais j'ai le droit d'être déçu. Je déconseille fortement ce type de chambre pour des séjours autre que d'une durée très courte et en célibataire. Mention spéciale pour les bagagistes et le personnel de ménage souriant et efficace. Plus réservé pour le staff "commercial"

There was not enough staff to assist for Breakfast. We could hardly get a coffee served after several attempts to get attention of staff and they did nit ask if we wanted anything else such as egg omlette

Beautiful hotel and staff. Our room was well appointed and each night they left sweet treats for us. Such a nice touch. The staff was wonderful and very helpful with recommendations. Breakfast was lovely, the only improvement that I would make is that orders of egg dishes took a very long time in the morning. Thank you for a lovely stay.
