The walls are paper thin, the toilet is 6” from the bathroom wall and the mattress is from the 80’s and about 4” thick. I realize “budget “ is in the name but come on guys.

We came to Ponoka for the Top Gun Horse Sale the Motel was very busy as we all showed up and left at the same time. The rooms were clean and spacious the staff were friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was good and they kept up with the coffee. Didn’t use the kitchen. But will consider it next stay. In a situation like this be the first to shower in the morning when the water is hot!

Breakfast was fine. Very adequate

Room rug was very stained, room temp was hot, had to turn in AC to cool it down and it wasn’t hot outside. Beds were very hard, bedding was old, no hand towels in room, no staff on site at desk between 10-6 which was odd. Room was ok for cleanliness otherwise though. Only takes credit card which was a problem for some checking in. Only one front desk computer which held up everyone at check in as it was very busy. Key card wouldn’t work in all outside doors after 10 pm. Didn’t check out any amenities like breakfast but I don’t think the pool was full of water?!

No hot water morning or night. Bed was EXTREMELY rock hard as were the pillows

They literally have Expedia ph# for you to sort things out on hand. I specified Pet friendly the ENTIRE way through the booking to get there and the staff (amazing!) spent 30min sorting it out for me so I wouldn't be charged by Expedia because they didn't book a Pet friendly room.

Our room didn't have hot water in the evenings. I'm assuming from more people using it . We got in late and didn't bother

This was a great place and the staff is always very accommodating. Great price and the room was very clean.

Front Desk staff are wonderful, they are helpful kind and do what they can to make you comfortable. The manager went out of her way to accommodate myself and young son. On short notice and after hours !
