It was okay not wow as I expected but not bad. Room view is on the beach but the you can see a lot of the trash in there as well. Actually it looks like an apartment not suite.poor decoration. Landscape looks good. Staff are friendly.

I was on a business trip in Port Said and the rooms are to big 92m² for me. It's like an apartment. The romms are very clean und new. Phantastic Pool and nice Pool Bar.

It was a very comfortable,beautiful place to stay. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

The hotel is far from downtown so it is quiet and close to the beach for costumers to enjoy. The reception staff were cheerful and friendly. My room was very clean and spacious with many commodities such as refrigerator, microwave oven, electric stove, kitchenware, big TV and large desk. The restaurant offered a wide variety of dishes. The hotel has two swimming pools. Towels are provided and costumers can order snacks and drinks from a small kiosk. Customers can also rent bicycles to exercise around the property. To sum up my experience at Palma Hotel, I enjoyed my stay there and highly recommend it ayone travelling to Port Said for business or pleasure.

This is an amazing place to stay. Nicely laid out apartment blocks with a good size centrally located pool, surrounded by cute igloo cabanas. Friendly staff...excellent housekeeper Tamir & very good receptionist Isra. Had a really wonderful stay. Weather was perfect too.

Otel güzel aslında ama banyo kotu ve cok temiz degil, sicak su pek yok. Ilik genelde su. Suyun basinci iyi degil.

Not great for walking and the beach needs a good clean up

Staff were extremely courteous and helpful. Breakfast buffet was delicious with plenty of different options to cater for most diets. We had a lovely stay.

Amazing Property

It is or second stay in two months (April and June 2023) and both time we had excellent stay. we found very friendly staff, always ready to satisfy our requests. Higley recommendable whenever you are in Port Said.

It was amazing hotel and the staff were helpful and friendly specially the receptionist her name is Menna she was so helpful and Mahmoud friendly I recommend every one to go to this hotel
